We loved everything! The 2 pool options, as well as the water park area, and inflatable jumping area. Even with the cloudy and rainy weather, on and off, we were able to freely access these areas as we liked. All staff were friendly and the options of the food trucks to the site were so versatile and made for easy dinner options. Our cabin was clean and tidy, with new bathroom and toilet, beds were comfy andnit was hard to wake the kids in the morning as they were too comfortable. Great space between cabins, so lots of privacy. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Small Issue - We stayed 4 nights and the only small issue I experienced as 'Mother', there were no tea towels, or dish cloths to wash and dry dishes used. We also could have done with an extra floor mat as the shower door didn't close properly and water drenched the floor mat. I recommend placing extra shower towels and shower mats in cabins where children are as children tend to soil everything so easily. Other than that, all amenities and complimentaries were spot on, especially the hot chocolate which the kids LOVED. A lovely touch.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our very cool Safari Tents, swimming pools and water park with all the required amenities present in the room. Also very quiet and convenient to get to the main beach in Byron by either the bus or Uber.

There isn't any WiFi in the tent, which was not great since we wanted to stay in and watch some Netflix since the weather was really wet on a few nights. Some of the zips on the tent were stuck and wouldn't open up. Since it was quite warm we needed a bit of circulation in the tent. Also instructions on how to use the gas and flat top should be provided inside. I had to hop into another tent to figure that out since the instructions on ours weren't visible.

Amazing value for money, park amenities and facilities clean and well kept. Loved all the nature and wildlife surrounding. Quick check in process. BBQs are super easy to use! This is my second time staying in the deluxe safari tent and will be staying there again in the future!

1- Staff upon checking in. I myself work at a hotel, a smile goes a long way in customer service. Even just some friendly conversation to make it not so hostile and awkward. Please work on this to make the guests exprience better, first impressions really count. 2- This is the second time I have stayed in the delux safari tent (first time about 3 years ago), stayed in the exact same tent and the outside area looks like it has not been cleaned once! Didn't feel comfortable sitting outside on the couch as there was green stuff/mould on FABRIC sofa. Not suitable for outdoor use at all when exposed to the elements, please consider some different alternatives :))

The rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Love the daily communication on what was happening in the park that day and how there was so much on offer for the kids, not just with the water park, pool and bouncing pillow, but entertainment, pony rides, daily specials like pizza or fish & chips or pancakes.

We love the duplex however the first door does allow you to lock it which was a big downside for us. I stayed in the big room with the ensuite and my kids stayed in the room with the bunk beds, but felt uneasy as I had to lock the connecting door with a key and mine as the entry door wouldn’t lock. This was the only negative.

We loved the accommodation that we booked. It was clean, spacious and just really nice. Was very impressed and would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends/family.

The unfortunate fact that we had no hot water for 2 nights was the only thing i could fault, which was really disappointing as everything else was wonderful. When i rang through on the second night, (after receiving notification that it would be fixed), I was told that it was still not working and wouldn't be until the following morning. This was the only negative from our experience with the park.

I love that from the moment you checked in at reception to the moment we sadly drove out the gate, we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff

It was expensive but it was the holiday season. We understand that additional staff are required during these times to be able to assist the additional visitors. I went to reception for help after it had closed and someone was at mu cabin within 5 minutes of calling. The amenities were immaculate every time I used them. This takes additional cleaning service so I understand the costs.

I love the set up and how great it was for kids to burn off energy

I HATED the way the beds were made, only fluffy blankets for the bunks and a really small quilt in between three sheets instead of in a cover, and you move 2mm and it made a huuuuge noise, not good when trying to be quiet with sleeping babies in the same room. Also the laundry was pretty dreary and dirty and the machines don’t lock so anybody can just come and take your stuff out and put there’s in so their clothes are dry (then put our stuff back in sopping wet) happened to us twice, it just shouldn’t happen, especially when you’re paying for it, very frustrating! I ended up going to another place in town to get all my clothes washed and dried properly

Honestly I loved how they literally had everything you needed. You could easily stay there a week. They keep you well informed of activities during the day so perfect for family and kids. They have lakes, swimming pools and lots of stuff for kids. Money wise I didn’t think it was that expensive and after seeing the place i thought it was a bargain. They have all sorts of accommodation to suit anyone with different budgets.

There honestly is the anything I didn’t like, i guess Its a bit of a walk to the town of Byron but literally a 5 minute drive.

- Very spacious and functional cabin - Lovely terrace on lake - Very nice surroundings in park and good amenities - Could borrow a high chair

- The laundry room is a bit of a disaster with none functioning machines and dryers that don’t work - Our cabin was due a deep clean there was quite a build up of dust under the sofas and in the coffee table. I ended up cleaning a bit myself as I had small children who were playing on the floor - Blinds let too much light in

Was good enough for a holiday away had everything you need

When we opened the door the cabin stuck really bad, the shower had mould all through it. Under the kitchen cupboards was full of dirt, looks like staff just sweep all the stuff underneath it. Could be very nice if it was actually clean. The cabin we had also had an outdoor lounge inside which is very strange. Plus the dinning table only had two chairs. Also only 2 out 6 chairs had cushions on them at the outdoor table.
