We loved the location, but you’d need a car to get around. Nice and quiet at nighttime and you could hear the waves. Staff were lovely, we had a misunderstanding about the room that we booked, they managed to sort it out for us. The park had a very relaxed vibe to it. Laundry facilities were great too! Our sister stayed in the eco pod, they were super nice and new, like a mini hotel room, try and book that if you can. Beds were comfy and the showers hot and high pressure.
To be honest, the standard cabins could do with a bit of an upgrade, they feel really worn out (floors and bathrooms) but they are comfortable enough and good value for money overall. Having said that, the beds seemed to be new and sooo comfy, plus the showers had good pressure and supply of hot water.

We had one of the two bedroom villas and it was perfect for our needs. The small lounge space and kitchenette gave us freedom to prepare food and relax in front of the TV on rainy evenings, and having our seperate bedrooms meant we had our own space to retreat to at night. The small covered deck was also lovely for relaxing and hanging out wet swimwear, and overall the space was just super comfortable and cozy. The park facilities were also excellent, with multiple kitchen spaces for campers, a lovely pool to relax in on warm days, and walking distance to the beach.
Our only complaint was the weather! This is my second time staying at Ingenia, and probably not my last :)

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of their Safari glamping tents and it exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were lovely and helpful and the campsite as a whole had what you expect from a decent campsite but the 'tent' we had was excellent. It was spacious and clean and gave us all the comfort of a hotel but with the added bonus of being amongst nature. We had Kookaburra's literally on our doorstep and you need to be OK with waking up to the bird calls :). There is a beautiful beach a short walk away. The campsite is not too close to Byron centre but we could easily get Uber's around and also used Uber eats to order food deliveries a couple of times. We were visiting from the UK but if in the area would stay again and fully recommend the Safari tents.
There wasn't much we didn't like. It's a busy campsite especially in summer. Our tent had an ensuite but the one time we needed to use the shared toilets they weren't particularly clean.

Lovely park in a great location. We arrived to find the air con didn't work in our little cabin, and being as it was cold at the time and the building was just fibro, asked to have it fixed. A friendly park employee arrived very quickly, but as the air con couldn't be fixed we were upgraded to a newer, bigger cabin with working air con. The living room and main bedroom was very spacious, and the bathroom and kitchen well appointed and clean.
The second bedroom had two bunk beds jammed into it, and it was hard for an adult to move around. Likely the cabins are designed for families but there was a real disparity between the comfort levels for the adult in the main bedroom and the other adult in the second bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely soft and unsupportive. Not so bad for winter, but would be stifling in summer.

An absolute treat to stay in the very new luxury safari glamping space. A romantic getaway with the most comfortable bed. Excellent amenities- well maintained and organised park with vending machines, amazing modern camp kitchens, so many different types of accomodation to cater to all tastes and budgets
It’s a little out of the way (but that’s ok too- chance to disconnect). Wifi was weak and unable to connect to basic streaming services . Sad that the on site cafe has disappeared..we would have loved it

Loved the entire stay here. Close to the beach, nice walk to get there. Staff were very helpful, rented bikes for the day and enjoyed the slow pace of it all. The pool was clean, and perfect temp. The accommodation was just the way a beach place should be! loved it.
The only thing was a Brown Snake on the way to the beach but its nature and it was no harm to anyone. the staff were amazing at shooing it along as it was trying to sunbake. Cant blame em' beautiful day

Had stayed in Ingenia, Byron Bay before and it was lovely. hence why we came back again this year. Walk to the beach was great... path to beach was very muddy last year, can't help the weather! Pool good. Location good for us.
Went with the 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4) due to it advertising washer. No washer in the one we stayed in. Also no a/c in the bedrooms, not a problem for us because we left doors open and the a/c in the lounge area was good.

My husband and I stayed in the belle tent over a busy weekend (school holidays and public holidays) the noise level at night was good, other campers respected each other. The tent was beautiful and clean, close to the shower and toilet block- which was also clean. Nice to have your own shared BBQ area. The bed was comfortable, air con kept the tent cool, enough blankets to keep you warm at night. Glad to have our own parking spot, although it was under a tree= bird and bat poop plus leaves, flowers, branches left on the car.
I wish the belle tent had a mini fridge to store drinks. Instead it was outside in a shared area with other users of the belle tent. This has nothing to do with the company but if you like to sleep in, don't stay in a belle tent. The sun shines straight through. And the customer parking at reception is very very limited, so we couldn't check in earlier than 2pm but also couldn't leave our car in the customer parking because it was all full.

The location was excellent but if you want to go in to town, you do have to travel maybe 1.5 miles. The site was good. We stayed in a cabin and it was small but clean and quite modern. Kitchen and sofa very close to each other but again, you end up staying outside most of the time. Good little pool and the area is very safe for kids. There is beach access from the site but we didn't use it so can't comment.
I'd have liked to stay longer!

Pool! Eco pods were so cute
Internet was TERRIBLE wouldn’t even work at all despite us using the free one and tried paying for the paid one as well. Couldn’t even keep in touch with family. There was also no reception so the Flat screen TV’s weren’t able to be used for any of their functions of streaming services (Netflix etc). Was quite hard to get Ubers, plan trips etc as well
