Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely pool and spa area and great accessibility to the main strip in Byron. Free bike hire was an excellent plus too.

Room was quite dark, bed was way too soft so had sore backs and the spa was often left open or set too cold and was also emptied on our last night for cleaning before the pool area was closed so it couldn't be used. Also next door is a construction site so the footpath is mud during rain and a crane was operating all day as well so not super relaxing (obviously out of control of the lord Byron but just an FYI)

The rooms were clean & spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and green space. It was peaceful whilst being a short walk from the hustle of Byron itself. The staff, particularly Bea & Andrea were really helpful - there was a nice bottle of wine in the room on arrival for us, & things like booking taxis and bringing an ironing board to the room at short notice were never too much trouble. We could borrow bikes and surf boards and staff were always on hand with restaurant and bar suggestions. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Byron 🤍

The only very minor thing was it might have been nice to have some non alcoholic options for mocktails and 0% beer/wine on the pool menu but this is really nit picking, we were really happy with the service and stay.

The Lord Byron is your perfect hotel for your stay in Byron. The customer service is exceptional, no request was too difficult. The location, perfect. All you need is very close by. Woolies, great coffee and cafes. We were so happy with the location. The facilities, fabulous! The pool was warm and spa was hot! Loved it. Every evening I'd grab a complimentary tea from the hotel foyer and head to the room. The beds were so comfy, the pillows so comfy, the hotel room clean and cleaned every am. There is a great coffee place right across the road from the hotel, serving all you need for a great start ahead. Woolies also about 50m away. Really, no other place you'd want to stay.

We only stayed here for an hour only because there was an accident outside on the main road works which caused the water to cut off. So as a family we decided to go to another hotel. Water may have come back that evening but with two small kids we couldn't risk it. The staff were amazing, we saw the room and it was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything. We would have stayed there no doubt, if it weren't for the water issue. Thank you for being so accommodating and they gave us a refund on the spot.

Gorgeous hotel!! Everything about our stay here was perfect, we were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was beautiful. Lovely bathroom, big comfy bed. The room was nice and dark and quiet and we weren’t disturbed at all. Great idea that you have use of surfboards and bikes from the hotel too. It was great location just on the edge of the main town area, only about a 10 minute walk in (past a lovely bakery too!).

The pool was a little chilly although it was heated, so we didn’t use it but it’s not a big deal. Everything else was spot on.

This hotel was perfect for us. It was centrally located with plenty on site parking. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my partner and I. Bathroom was super stylish, great shower, as was the decor of the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again given its reasonably priced unlike most of the rest of Byron.

Everything in Byron is expensive so not surprising so is this hotel for what it is. But taking that aside the hotel was great, I really can't flaw it. We only stayed for 1 evening while passing through town so cannot comment on the pool or facilities.

It was the perfect distance from the Byron town. The place was nice and quite which felt relaxing. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

It would have been great to receive some bottled water. There was no sink in the room so filling up water in the bathroom was quite difficult. Not a huge deal breaker, just something that would have been great to have.

the heated Pool was amazing, we loved that we could access it after our dinner and have some fun before relaxing in the beautifully renovated room. the jaccuzi was top too. someone even took it upon themselves to get us new towels for the pool. great location accross the road from the restaurant we had booked!

we booked it for three people (two adults, one child) but we only found towels for 2 people in the room. that was a bit disappointing and showed a lack of attention but didnt bother us too much.

This hotel is about a 1km walk from downtown, which we put here as advantage, because we didn't like downtown at all - if you don't surf and party all night, there's no reason to go there. On the other hand this means, this hotel is quiet :). Enjoyed a rather big room with comfortable beds. For breakfast there's a coffee/food truck on the opposite side of the street.

The town itself - but that's not the hotel's fault. The lighting in the room was rather dark. Hotel is a bit expensive compared to others in the same category.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are absolutely lovely and so comfortable. The pool area is great and the location is quiet but walking distance to nearly everything. The staff make this place as well- they are friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
