Loved the central location so that we could walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment is a good size for a couple and the deck we had at the back was a bonus. Glad to say that it was very clean when we arrived and had all the facilities we wanted.

Not a lot that we didn't like here. The neighboring property garage door was near our apartment and it was pretty noisy - but we deliberately like an apartment in the centre of town so you have to expect some noise from those around you. The convenience far outweighed this.

Perfect location right in the centre of everything in the main town. We stayed in the loft for 2 people and it was very spacious! The pool was lovely for the hot Byron days, and it was nice to be able to have lunch/drinks out at the tables. They also had a bbq which was nice too. Free laundry was awesome.

The pillows were very uncomfortable- so high and hard our necks were sore, not to sound like a wuss. Also with the rooms being right next to the pool it was really loud and had to keep the blinds closed all day for privacy.

Wonderful location - very central, fabulous staff who are very friendly and accommodating, everything you need in the kitchen, easy parking below the building, ALL THE TV YOU COULD WANT - even Disney!! Heater / Air con. Cute set up in the split level apartments.

Unfortunately very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors even just moving around. We slept with ear plugs every night. Difficult if the people staying next to you are loud and inconsiderate.

Brilliant location - can’t beat it, next to beach, best restaurants nearby as well as massage , grocery and cinema - pretty much all within 5min walk. Cannot beat the location itself . The staff are also super friendly and kind - and chilled out

Slightly dated decor but functional/purposeful and has everything you need! So unless you’re really fussy you’ll love this! They give you all the dishes, cookware, towels are cleaned daily etc

cosy apartment centrally located close to everything with under cover parking, has everything you need for comfortable stay. Only a 2 min walk to local cafes and restaurants, and a short walk to the main beach, you can even walk to the lighthouse from here no problem, or better still, hire an electric bike next door, and cycle anywhere you need to go

was a bit cramped for a family of four but thats a minor inconvenience and you soon get over it upstairs loft also can get quite hot but if fine once you vent the heat, and the industrial sized aircon unit is more than adequate!

Excellent and convenient location. The room was very well appointed and nice. Liked the kitchen and everything that was provided.

A rangehood in the kitchen would have been good as the fume from cooking get trapped in the room and also sets off the smoke alarm. The bed was a bit soft and saggy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It would have been nice if there is a full size mirror in the room. The little mirror over the basin in the bathroom was the only mirror in the room.

the Location was great, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I had a King bed that was made up of two singles connected in the middle. It was only possible to sleep on one side or the other, not across the middle or even an arm crossing the line. perhaps an underlay over the mattress would help make it more comfortable or time for new mattresses.

When I arrived there were ants in the kitchen around the sink area. The dining table in the living area did not appear to have been cleaned for some time as there were cup marks all over it. Not a lot you can do about the 4.30am garbage truck pickups every morning at the restaurants over the fence.

Location was perfect and only a short 4 minute walk to the main beach. Pool was amazing for kids and staff were super friendly. Apartments were really clean and had all the utensils you needed for cooking. Would stay again and highly recommend this place for anyone travelling with kids.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

It was a fabulous location, quiet and we had easy access to readily available parking. Having said that we also enjoyed heading out on foot to some locations. It was everything we needed. We knew about the loft bedroom in advance.

The staff is great. Cleanliness at the highest level - the room, the pool, the whole complex. The room is equipped with everything you need. There are shared washing machines and dryers. The location is excellent.

The room was ready for two people only. In order for four people to sleep in it, you have to open the sofa in the living room or add mattresses and this makes the room too crowded.
