The room was very clean and neat. Water pressure was excellent and the water, hot. Bed was comfortable with one of the pillows perfect for my sleeping needs - not often that this occurs. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. The management were friendly and helpful, recommending the best restaurant for dinner which was a 10 minute walk from the motel. Very handy as I ate too much ha ha. The pool provided a relaxing swim after a hot day.

I loved the location to the theatre as our girls had an Eisteddfod. We were able to walk. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Also wished the girls luck with their dancing. The motel was very quiet. Cleaned every day. We will be back here again next year.

I know everyone has their own preference but I did find the bed a little too soft. This is my only issue.

It was our second stay in Dubbo and it was a real pleasure. We stayed in a room upstairs and the room was big enough to accomodate our family of 4 and it was meticulously cleaned and prepared before we arrived. It's pool was a real entertainer for the kids on that very hot day we stayed. On a plus side Blue Diamond Motor Inn is located close to center and there're lots of food choices around and it is very close to Western Plains Cultural Center which we'd like to visit.

A friendly welcome! The room was spacious and we appreciated being on the ground floor. Comfortable bed ensued a good night's rest. The bathroom was spacious. Provision of biscuits was greatly appreciated. A quiet location with easy access to both the CBD and eateries. A definite return on the cards. Also appreciated a phone call to tell us we left a drink bottle in the fridge....care about patrons. Thank You!

The gentleman on reception was very friendly & helpful, the room was spacious & clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable & I had a good sleep.

Had a lot of problems connecting to the wifi even with the help of staff, (whether this was due to the electrical storm they had before we arrived am not sure.)

We stayed 2 Nights. Great location within walking distance to the CBD. Warm greeting on arrival and a very comfy well appointed room. I travel a lot for work and stay in many different motels and can honestly say you won’t be disappoint with the Blue Diamond motel. We travel frequently to Dubbo to visit family and will definitely make this motel a regular stay.

When I arrived I was greeting with a friendly welcoming smile by Rob and he asked to let him know if there was anything that I needed during my stay to just let him and the team know. The room was immaculately clean and tidy and spacious. So close to a good variety of restaurants and the RSL club. Would definitely recommend to any travellers whether you are in Dubbo for work or pleasure. I will definitely be staying with them again on my next trip to Dubbo.

Close to facilities and CBD. Value for money. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

Noisy bathroom exhaust fan. Wouldn't concern you if it was only for showering. But as a lady spending time in bathroom for hair and makeup it was a little annoying. Couldn't switch it off as it was attached to the light. I realise this is a minor inconvenience, but would rather be truthful. Everything else was perfect.

Location, super polite staff, a smoking area away from people with chairs and a table. The tv remote batteries lasted the duration of my stay ( most places you get two pushes in the remote then the batteries go flat. House keeping was polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble

Our room was a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. It included a comfortable bed as well as a sitting area and a table and chairs. A table and chairs were also provided outside the room. Bathroom was also good with essentials provided. Plenty of hanging space and storage. Breakfast could be ordered from reception but we were not made aware of this. Although we arrived by train and did not need a space, we thought that parking arrangements here were good as the spaces were set away from the rooms rather than immediately outside.
