I expected something very basic for the price, was very impressed with the amount of space in the room. Beds were very comfy, everything clean, spacious bathroom facilities. Had a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Conveniently located, minutes walk to servo and take away, short drive to shopping centre and main streets of Dubbo. Included pool access.

Pool isn't heated (not a real issue, just an FYI). Has steps to enter but is quite deep no shallow end, not suitable for all children. Breakfast was available to order but very overpriced; recommend to bring your own stuff.

Reasonably central in Dubbo but need a car to get anywhere. We booked a ground-room floor (with car outside), this was confirmed, but on arrival we were allocated upstairs room. After negotiation, Manageress shuffled and we had a downstairs room (we did arrive early, so this could be accommodated. Thank you. Our room was spacious, neat and tidy. We parked the car at the door, safe off-street. There is a Restaurant on the premises, but we opted to go into the town for dinner. Yes, recommended for a stay.

Lots of space in room, had the king room with extra bedroom . Was not far from main shopping area and close to the zoo .. was quiet during the night for sleeping ..

I thought it was going to have a kitchenette. It did supply plates cutlery,toaster jug microwave,but nowhere to prepare food or washing up equipment, asked for some dishwashing liquid which was happily supplied Only washing up area was in the bathroom sink felt a bit unhygienic. Room could do with a bit of a make over ,one of the bedside lamps did not work

It was in a good location for my trip. The room was large. There was a table lounge microwave. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent. The bathroom was ample and light over the mirror strong. The soap dispensers were practical and worked well and included shaving crème and moisturiser. A toaster kettle mugs etc enabled bringing my own food. AC was good. I was warm and comfortable.

Everyone was so lovely, the room was fantastic and easily movable for accommodating little kids. Kids loved the pool, at night it’s well lit if you need to walk back to the car for anything. Cleaners did a great job cleaning around 2 toddlers toys, appreciates that.

Parking at the room- not so much the hotels fault but people not parking correctly making it hard to get car up to room for loading.

It was what we were looking for just the overnight stay, room was spacious.

maybe the bathroom floor tiles can be professionally done, they did not look very appealing to have a shower bared footed.

The room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other belongings. The shower was excellent and again room for toiletries in the adjoining space. Plenty of coffee etc was another good point plus a microwave oven. Free bottled water in the fridge was another extra.

booked family room and it was really big n plenty room. clean n very comfy bed

big step up from road to footpath - had elderly mum n it was bit difficult hot water in shower took forever to get hot but was hot hot when it did which was great

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The room was a perfect size, with a separate room for 2 out of 4 of my children. Great comfortable size. Everything was fantastic. Clean and tidy and neat. Could not fault anything.

The TVs could be updated to smart TV's or with foxtel.

They were tidy, large rooms. Nice and quiet- couldn't really hear the traffic or neighbours (only slightly/ when a Large truck went past). Friendly staff who made it easy to check in after hours, really good value for money!! Will stay again!

Not much I didnt like, definitely a better stay than what I would imagine to get last minute!
