Walls separating rooms a bit thin. Rooms were a bit basic and could have done with a chair or two. Noisy reverse aircon. Found the toilet cubicles in the men's (not sure it women's same) very cramped and will be an issue if emergency occurs, as the doors open inward and you are against the door.

The location, price, room was clean. Plus, there was a shared kitchen for making breakfast a microwave toaster etc. Great value for money

The fact that it was on top of a pub. Smoke/alcohol smell when you enter but once i was upstairs it was okay. Perfect for just a quick stop to sleep and break a journey enroute to some where which in my case was Coonabarabran.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Dan the manager went out of his way to provide excellent and friendly service over the phone allowing us to have a very late check in (after 1am) and a late check out. Just what we needed as very weary long distance driving travellers trying to organise somewhere to sleep whilst driving. So difficult to find a simple motel that has 24 hour check in these days apparently! The room was freshly renovated with an excellent little bathroom and was very clean and quiet.

The Garden hotel is located close to many amenities in Dubbo. The hotel has friendly staff and a nice vibe.The bistro had delicious food with lots of tasty dishes . A great playground for the kids And a large eating area inside and out. We stayed overnight in their hotel and found the rooms have been updated with a nice ensuite and a very comfy bed. Would highly recommend this hotel if on a budget.

Only issue I had was a kitchenette outside our room. We heard the microwave going a couple of times but all in all was a pleasant stay.

The staff and local people were very friendly and accepting. The location was very central to everything. I will be staying there again next time I'm in Town.

The prices of beer lol lol. Jokes aside it was on par with what you'd expect.

a pleasant stay in a good value hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the meals were very tasty and good value. Given the location, we expected to hear some road noise, or noise from the hotel but there was none and we slept well.

Secure parking was great for that peace of mind at night! The beds were comfortable! Rooms were clean! Communal area clean! We had a great feed down in the bar, which was ideal after a day of travelling! Good selection of beer!

Ladies' bathroom toilet light was a bit of a nightmare to turn on! eventually figured it out though!

I thought that $95 for a “songs” was a bit exxy But it was nice and clean with a great shower. The restaurant was open The staff were very accommodating and friendly - basically fantastic ..! Thanks.

I HAD BOOKED & PAID IN MORNING FOR ROOM BUT HAD TO LEAVE MOTEL FOR ANOTHER 3 1/2 HOURS AFTER BEING LITERALLY HOMELESS & NOT HAVING ANYWHERE TO GO OR SIT!! HAD LEFT MY PROPERTY IN SIDE MOTEL ONLY TO FIND MY BACK PACK HAD BEEN THREW
