Great motel with updated rooms, kitchenette and bathroom. Comfortable bed and bed linen. Fantastic reception and housekeeping staff. Highly recommended.

If you’re a light sleeper, take your earplugs as there is a dog next door that barks occasionally through the night. (Not the motels fault)

It was a really really nice and pleasant motel. The staff and manages/owners were very friendly and fantastic, the rooms were great with cooking facilities m. The location is really close to everything. It’s great there are not too many rooms, it’s a really nice motel, dates were fantastic and what you got for those rates was exceptional, very clean. ACON was on when I arrived and it was a 40 something degree day so to have that rubbish g for my arrival was fantastic. Highly recommend staying at this establishment .

I had an adjourning room which was locked off access from my room but there was a lot of noise from the next room I do t think they were particularly on average with the noise but it was just highlighted through the walls, maybe some sound proofing and other then that it was above standard and expecting.

Pet friendly rooms located on the ground floor which made loading luggage easy. These pet friendly rooms were also on the outer edge of the block, so we didn't have 2 adjoining rooms to disturb the pups or neighbors. The dog friendly enclosed yard at the back was a welcome addition that isn't often provided. The self serve check in was effective. The room was large and comfortable with fantastic bed and disability access for mobility aids.

I ended up not having to stay at Centrepoint as my program finished early and I was able to go straight home. The young man I spoke to on cancellation was polite and professional and made sure I was aware of the cancellation policy. A second charge was accidently made to my card, and I spoke to a different person, who checked what had happened and promptly refunded the charge with apologies. In all communication they were helpful, friendly and professional and went above and beyond to keep me up to date with what was happening with the refund. I'd definitely book there again!

Motel was clean and tidy and staff was awesome.

We had a disabled room for my mum who is in a wheelchair and it was great with ramps to get into the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was big enough for her with rails for her to grab onto in the shower and by the toilet. The only slight improvement that I could suggest is a hand shower as mum can not stand in the shower.

Super helpful staff, we made a late booking as our original accommodation was unclean and unsuitable. There was a problem with the late check in machine and after calling the listed number a member of staff was there within 5 minutes to check us in and give us the key. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay with a tv, fridge and comfortable bed.

My disability room was double booked and I was moved to a normal room, the shower was not suitable for my needs

nice set up of room friendly staff loved the plunge pool during some hot days , kitchenette was good tv and internet worked well, location in the middle of Dubbo was very convenient only 8 mins to the zoo.

sometimes people being noisy checking in late at night and some neighbours noise that woke us up. not the motels fault we were just a bit unlucky overall very peaceful and comfortable beds.

It far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back and hoping to bring my parents to further explore the city.

The only thing we were a little disappointed about was the water all over the floor from the shower. Loved the bath/shower. Loved the rain drop shower head combo. Maybe if the bath was a little wider or the shower head a little smaller. Other than that. It was excellent!!!

24 check in took my money but didn’t give me a key, when I rang after hours number the staff member was rude and very grumpy when he came to get the key out for us, also there should have been a discount for the pool being out of order
