It was clean and convenient for what we needed.

We had no fan working in the bathroom along with no shower wash. And only 1 spare pillow

The bed was sooo comfortable

Staff welcoming and helpful- gave us chance to view the room before we accepted it and took keys to Rm 101 on ground floor. All very clean and comfortable. Easy safe parking. Good to have microwave, toaster and kettle , cutlery and a tea towel but - no bread and butter plates, only two large and two small bowls, for cereal and/or take away food! We used some of our own paper plates from our picnic bag .

The Bar fridge door would not shut properly ….maybe needs a new seal around the door? . It must have been like that for a few hours as the casing around the freezer section was heavily iced over ….but nothing we placed on the shelves was obstructing the door when we investigated and saw there was a problem. So we pushed one of our heavy travel bags against it to keep it safely closed o/n….. may need investigating.

- Exceptionally clean room with clean carpets, sheets and towels. - Beautifully designed interior with Black Marble (not sure if real or laminate but it makes it look stunning and sparkly!) - Customer service and friendliness of on site manager is warm and welcoming. A real treasure! - Proximity to Harris Farm (across the road) local cafes, shops, and anything your heart desires. - The shower is nice and hot! What is needed for a great nights rest. - The size of the room I paid and was given was beyond my expectations. It was huge for me as a single traveller and I appreciated the space and comfort of relaxing as though I was in my own home. - Secured internet that's fast!

- A little road noise, however, it starts to wear down by 11pm.

Clean, quiet, presented very well, central Albury location was excellent and the manager consistently went above and beyond what I would expect makes up a motel mangers role description. Absolutely amazing service, very welcoming and a stand out amongst many Albury Wodonga motels.

Motel Restaurants are almost a thing of the past and I really do like to be able to eat (breakfast as a minimum) without leaving the accommodation. So I dislike that there is no restaurant/ room service but it is the same at almost all motel accommodation now days.

We have stayed here multiple times and it is always exceptional in every way! Great location within walking distance to everything; excellent room for my mobility issues; quiet rooms; comfortable beds; directly across the street from Harris Farm Markets; close to airport, Murray River, Hume Weir, and freeway; awesome price every time too!

Strange cleaning smell but everything else is so fabulous, it wasn't an issue overall. It's just a wonderful motel to stay in. Thanks so much, see you again.

Straight away you notice the room is clean, no musky smells that you tend to get in motels and had a visually pleasing decor. The staff are very friendly and helped me with all my inquiries. Beds are comfy with no sagging or lumps. Bathroom was also nice and pleasing to the eye. Air-cons worked incredibly well.

Only one issue I had was no spoons (or wooden sticks) to stir the morning tea or coffee but then I enjoyed going out to the cafes in the morning, anyway.

Loved the topiary trees and the plants out front. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Shower was great. Comfy room. Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Beds were Queen/single. My son is over 6.1ft so I took the Single bed which was better suited to child. It was placed on same wall as TV and along the window causing occasional movement in curtain letting in outside light. Couldn't watch tv in Bed (against same wall), and no bedside light near single bed. Sofa bed next to queen bed due for replacement - Ultra saggy and uncomfortable to sit lay on. Bed mattresses were comfy!

Very well appointed rooms with plenty of room to move around in and numerous power points scattered around the room.

I counted 23 steps to the upstair rooms at the rear of the motel, so if this may be a problem for you, then request an downstairs room at either the front or rear of the motel.

Host was lovely. Booking in was easy. Room decor was lovely. Room size was fine.

Couldn't find extra towels in room. Had two towels, after travelling like to have shower but we had to use same towels next morning. My husband and I got bitten by something like a bug or mozzie during the night.
