Great location within walking distance to shops and pubs etc Water pressure was unbelievable! Comfortable beds.

Noisy fridge that made loud banging noises throughout the night which kept waking us. Sliding door at back of room had a lock that didn’t work properly. Limited parking spaces on a gravel surface which was quite noisy every time someone moved a car. We arrived back at night to find someone had parked in front of our room so we had to park at the other end of the hotel. Luckily during checkout we were able to move our car closer for easy packing.

Staff made it really easy to check in as we were running a bit behind schedule, and our room was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Comfortable bed, good size tv, and really liked that it had a couch so you didn't have to sit or lay on the bed to watch tv.

Bathroom needs some attention, the shower water pressure is a bit strange. Strong but also not at the same time. The shower head is also very low in comparison to regular showers (my 6ft partner had to really duck to use it). Pool was lovely but dirty, needed cleaning as it has lots of leaves and dirt in it. Would have been much nicer if it was cleaned daily.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, the oasis in the yard outside our door and patio… palm trees, pool, very pretty. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful when needed. We had a kitchenette so supplied our own breakfast sitting outside on the patio… relaxing.

A few small maintenance things needed to be done… the light over the kitchen bench wasn’t working and a towel rail in the bathroom was missing… obviously fell off the wall.

CFM is in a great location, close to shops, eateries and only approximately 10mins from the cbd area. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful when required. The room was a very decent size, with a nice comfy bed, clean linen and tidy veranda to enjoy the afternoons. USB ports next to the bed was a bonus as other motels don’t always have this option. Parking was ample and the pool, spa and sauna were also very nice. would stay again if I’m in the area. thanks.

The shower head was a bit dated but the pressure and temperature was good. Some of the rooms walls and roof could do with a paint touch up.

I liked the pool and spa facilities with the palm trees, sort of makes you feel like your at a resort.

Its a pricey stay for a motor inn and doesnt offer anything extra to justify the extra cost to stay there. Most motor inns have a microwave or a sink to rinse dishes spare linen in the cupboards, this one does not. there was food from previous guests under the bed, we seen it from outside while sitting on the balcony. The pool is nice and looks nice in the photos, but it looks bigger than it is.

Bed was amazingly comfortable and the spot was convenient. Unfortunately we got there late and there was a key mix up. The staff were fantastic and got it sorted straight away, but then the lights had tripped and we had no lighting. Wasn't a big deal as we were going to sleep anyway. Overall a great place to stay for an overnighter.

Pros: the room is good size, so is the bed and bedding is cleaned regularly. there is a Smart TV with Wifi that works and has access to Netflix, Disney and prime etc. the pool is well maintained along with the sauna and spa which is more than I can say about other hotels nearby. nice tropical feel with a bbq. location is close to a lot of places to eat which is good.

cons: rooms interior design is a little outdated but I personally didn’t mind, especially for the price. and only kitchen appliances like microwave and kettle along with cutlery but there is no kitchen sink have to use bathroom sink if need be, but again that’s more personal preferences but for the price you pay definitely worth the stay.

We had a ground floor room. Location was good with plenty of food outlets close by. Great size room with front and rear doors and small patio overlooking grassed area and pool. Room was great size, plenty of parking, quiet and overall value for money especially for Xmas.

Room needs a little TLC annd updating especially the furnishings.

I love staying here. It is so quiet, the beds are so comfortable and it has all the amenities I require. It has easy access off the highway and a great pizza shop across the road. The best part about it is I always get a good nights sleep here.

The place is far from new but it is clean and comfortable and the rooms are a decent size.

The location was great and close to all amenities. The room was great for a family of 4, The room was nice & clean including the bathroom. The onsite facilities were great such as Spa, Swimming pool. It also had a large grass area to sit around and relax. The parking onsite makes it very easy to carry luggage to the rooms. A very nice scenery if you are staying on the top floor as you can see afar away in the mornings.

The plumbing system needs to be looked at as the shower heads were making noises. Although the noise existed for a little while only. It could have been pressure related as many tenants were using the system simultaneously.
