Park Ridge location was perfect, with an and easy short walk to the entre of town. East to find, and friendly greeting by Manager on our arrival.

We only had one issue during our stay. On the last night of our stay, we arrived back the park ridge only to find we were unable to have a shower due to the lack of hot water. On contacting the on-duty staff, we were promptly offered a shower in another room. Apparently, this has been an ongoing problem that needs urgent addressing for the comfort of future guests stay in that room and the room opposite where our family members stayed.

Park Ridge Retreat was conveniently located near the main street of Gerribong, but not close enough that noise was a problem. After a long day driving and exploring in the rain, the friendly welcome from the staff and the lovely artworks in the corridors were revitalising. The room was smallish but clean and well equipped, and the beds comfortable.

I would have liked to be able to have breakfast in-house as the morning of our departure loomed grey and dreary - however with all the lovely Cafes just a few minutes walk away in the main street of Gerringong, there are plenty of options nearby and our hunger was easily satisfied.

Great location and quiet. Close to cafes etc. Room had a nice 'vibe', always made up when we got back from exploring too. Hotel is small and well presented. Some great art books in hallways if wanting something different to scan. Parking was underneath building and as we had ground floor room we could park car in front of our room to unload luggage before parking. Very handy. The ground floor room also gave us the option to use the front glass door to our room as another access point if we were out late.

We both found the bed a bit hard. Took a bit of getting used to. Could be just a personal thing though.

* had everything we needed for an overnight stay (except a smart TV) * quality tea and coffee sachets. * cutlery and crockery provided to eat takeaway food.

*overpowering lavender smell of cleaning products (carpet deoderiser?) when we arrived. we opened the doors and windows for over an hour to clear it. *don't stay in Rm1 - avoid noisy guests returning thru reception late at night. * "Chromecast is available free for rooms with a smart TV" Rm1 does not have a smart TV.

Great location, over the road from shops and restaurants.A 10 min walk to beach Spotlessly Clean and loved the touch of cutlery,crockery and cheese board. Parking on site and not that we needed it but plenty of recharging stations for electric cars. Was very quiet and peaceful when we were there

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and happy to assist when I asked for extra milk and towels. The gentleman in reception helped my daughter and I carry our bags to our room, wonderful. The location was close to beach, shops, restaurants and it was a quiet area.

The beds were a little hard, particularly the single bed so not as comfortable as would have liked.

This place has a wonderful ambiance about it. Original art work and plenty of reading available gives it a "homey" feel. Location is great with all you need within walking distance. We had a standard patio room which was very comfortable, We would recommend a couple of days there to de-stress.

Access to parking is a little tricky, but it is available and included in the cost of the room. Had chargers for electric cars.

Good location with easy access to main streets and so cafes and restaurants. Whole place smelt fresh and clean. Nice selection of artwork on the various floors. Good value. Room a good size.

Shower in the spa bath less than ideal if you are mobility impaired. Restaurant not open for dinner or breakfast...but options nearby.

Great location and friendly staff. We stayed in the interconnecting rooms which was perfect. We were able to share the two bathrooms but also had privacy when we needed it. Clean and well maintained. Onsite parking was very convenient,

Beautifully maintained hotel with fabulous original art around the public spaces and rooms. Literally a few steps from the main street but quiet and peaceful.

No complaints at all - loved our stay
