Location, parking, cleanliness, elevator.

The receptionist had her dog on her lap & it was with her constantly. It growled & barked at the guests. This property is advertised as pet free which is a must for us. This was most disappointing. There was no milk in the fridge for our cup of tea.

I booked a ground room looking at the pool - as per the advertised image on booking.com. I ended up getting a view of the car park around the back

This would be my sixth or seventh stay at Kiama Shores and I will definitely be back again. Since the renovations have been completed and a lift installed and a microwave added to the rooms it has made my stay even more enjoyable. I love the proximity to the cafes, shops, and beach. This is a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

I loved everything, nothing to complain about!

The beds were comfortable. Large rooms. It was close to town and the Blowhole. Very clean. Updated modern rooms. Staff were friendly and changed our room 107 which did not have pool and garden view as advertised. Good parking. Huge bath towels. Pool towels provided.

We stayed for 5 days. The first room we had 107 did not have a view of pool and garden as advertised but staff later gave us a better one on day 4 at our request. The shower head in room 107 came out past the glass screen so water leaked out onto the floor. Not enough towel rails. Needs light over the kitchen area.

I have stayed at Kiama Shores on many occasions and am always impressed with the friendly staff, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I love the close proximity to the cafes, shops, beaches and restaurants. All within walking distance.

Unfortunately every time I have stayed here there is always some kind of noisy construction in progress. Also being right next door to the Leagues Club isnt very peaceful either. If noise dosn't bother you then its a great place to stay.

As I was going to Sydney and had to be there earlier in the day than check in time, the friendly Staff took in my overnight bag to look after and also showed me the night safe for my key and my room beforehand. I found the room modern, clean, comfortable with all facilities that I needed. Then when I left the next morning as I would not be leaving the area until 2.00 pm the Staff once again looked after my overnight bag so that I could be able to explore the area without it. Friendly Staff, very helpful.

My stay was very short and so met all my requirements. It broke up my journey home in a comfortable way. So I can't say that I didn't like anything!!

It exceeded our expectations, the staff were exceptional as were the cleaners who were only too happy to oblige. We chose the higher floor and the outlook was very therapeutic for us. The kitchen provided the basic essentials including microwave, detergent , plates and cutlery with a lovely sink to wash up. It ovciously had been recently updated and the parking an added bonus.

The mattress was a little soft on the edges but the linen clean.

I didn’t have much expectation in the beginning when I booked this because this was one of the affordable hotel that I could book. But they exceeded my expectations, it’s even better that some 4 star hotels in Sydney. Reception is not 24 hours and that doesn’t really affects. Beds were comfortable, we had booked 2 rooms, both with balcony where we could just relax. They have most of the things available in room if you want to prepare quick something during your stay including Microwave, plates and other kitchen essentials (no stove ofcourse). Overall very lovely hotel in Kiama. Would definitely love to go back again.

Great location. Very clean and has been renovated nicely to make it feel fresh. Pool was well sheltered from the wind, and thw lounge chairs were comfy. Room had everything you need in the little kitchenette and outside seating. Good value for money, and would hapily stay again.

The bed was very comfy, but so soft that it didn't have a lot of support. Would love to be able to lock the sliding door so that you can access the pool from your patio while keeping the room secure, rather than having to walk back through reception.

Nicely set up and clean. Good space wise and well appointed.

Could have some hooks for hanging items, there was no full length mirror (easily fixed inside the wardrobe door) the mirror in the main room was very high and could only see my head with heels on! Very noisy from the hallways being uncarpeted! Our room keys stopped working a few times which was inconvenient, but no reason or apology given.
