I loved the location, and the staff are friendly. They are REALLY accommodating, especially for last-minute changes to bookings and late-night check-ins. Because we travel alot and come from a fair distance away, these things are really helpful and we've stayed with them a few times. The pool is really nice too.

Pretty much everything only minor complaints

No where to sit to watch tv and tv wasn't a smart tv. Not enough milk for the amount of tea coffee and sugar they provide. And bathroom didn't have a fan so had to have window open which made me feel a little uncomfortable when I was showering as I was afraid of setting off the smoke alarm with Steam and no lock on the bathroom door.

We travelled from Canada to visit family and we found the facility was very good. We have travelled quite a bit and this was up to the stand we have found around the world as we travel. We were very pleased and will stay here again on our next visit. I was born in Australia but have been in Canada with my beautiful wife for 44years. It is great to come home when we can. And as we get a bit older 😊l want to come home to family a bit more frequently. Thanks for the great experience at your resort

ample of room for two people, good size bathroom and good shower, beds comfortable, room was very clean, parking at the door making it easy to unload the car and room for a second car. coffee & tea facilities well stocked.

only stay the one night we didn't find anything we didn't like, only to say there was no wine glasses.

Location was good. Staff were friendly. There is a pool and tennis court, which is handy.

The room was very outdated, and wasn't very comfortable. I felt like the price was a bit high for the facilities.

most staff were very friendly and accomodating Clean, comfortable, pleasant overall. The Branches restaurant room service food was simply amazing! Delicious Italian food that is a stand out on its own and highly recommended by this foodie.

being nit picky, the bathroom is a little small

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location was beautiful and central to everything. We didn't have to travel far to get to where we needed to go eg beach, restaurants, theme park etc. My kids, niece and nephew had an absolute blast! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning back here again.

Great location nearby shops, cafes and beach. Clean room. Staff were nice. Swimming pool was relaxing.

Noisy as it's on a main road. Walls were very thin and could hear people talking in next room.

They were very polite and helpful. Also allow us to store our Harley Davidson's in there garage. Love it

Comfortable beds in a large clean room. Handy to bikeways and Shell Harbour beaches, Shell Harbour Village and Woolworths. Welcoming staff locked our bikes up overnight.

Swimming pool was not heated and restaurant not open (due to COVID?). On major Shell Harbour Road.
