The bathroom was nice and the room had a toaster and microwave which was really handy. The room was well set out and a great size for a family of 4. We liked that there was seats out the front of the room to sit and enjoy the sun. The parking area at the back made us a little nervous to park our camper and vehicle, but we parked near the pool on the grass for safety reason which was ideal. Pool was closed for our visit which was not a problem with us all being very tired from the drive. There is a fish shop on the main street that is busy and has lovely friendly staff, for a pizza fish and chips or other great food. Local pub close and a school for a kick of the footy or a game of basketball. We liked our stay. The hotel is a great place to stay and we would definitely stop again if we head this way. Thank you.

The double bed needs replacing as it is not the best to sleep on.

Shower pressure was simply incredible! The beds were comfy, and the sofa bed was comfortable as well, which is always a bonus! Staff was very helpful with our parking situation 😅

Unfortunately, the internet wasn't the best. We couldn't connect on the TV or sign into any of our streaming services - we found a solution, though. Wall are definitely big enough to set up a projector and watch movies

Clean comfortable room, very friendly staff.

The motion sensor for the bathroom fan. A manual switch would definitely have been preferred. You had to wave a hand above the shower rose for it to activate, and then it didn't stay on for long. Fortunately for me, being tall, I was able to adjust the aim of the sensor, but it was not ideal.

The room was spotless, bed and pillows were comfortable and information for the aircon etc was clear and precise. Normally motel rooms have limited lighting but this room was fantastic, lots of ceiling and reading lights incl the bathroom. We were very impressed and did tell the owners on our departure. We would definately return.

Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, lovely and clean and located in centre of town. Hay is a good destination for a 2 day drive from Adelaide to Canberra.

People in a one of the units had a dog when they were specifically excluded and the gravel driveway was very noisy and would be very annoying if you were sleeping when there were coming in late.

Staff were lovely. Pool was nice with towels and noodles to use and all fenced in, which was great for our family. Beds were comfy and clean, the bathroom was fairly clean and tidy. It was nice to have a car space right outside the door, and a kettle and mini fridge came in handy. The drop box was great for early check out.

The location, bang smack in the middle of the main street, steps to 2 pubs (which both have good meals) and anything else needed. The hotel provided a car cleaning area and a squiggle fir the car windows, a bonus. Bathroom was updated, great shower pressure and plenty of extras, coffees etc. Would stay here again.

We had a staff member knocking on our door at 10:05am asking us to get out of the room even though we had a booking for 2 nights, staff should know who is staying and what rooms are being turned over. We didn’t get in until late so I found this to be a bit annoying 😖

Extremely clean, nice positioning, well stocked kitchenette, good bathroom.

Ideally would have had breakfast bowls and cutlery, as buying breakfast instead delayed my start in the morning. Also the mattress wasn’t as firm (and therefore supportive) as it could have been. Both these are small things in the scheme of things.

The room was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Especially taken with each room supplied with a bucket and window squeegee to clean the bugs from our windscreen after a long day of driving. The bed was extremely comfortable as well.

There was nothing I could complain about.
