The room was the standard, tired roadside motel - it was clean, warm, and not far off the highway. Had all of the necessary facilities and easy parking. Walking distance to a couple of dinner places. Easy check out.

I checked in at the time i had nominated - 19.30; but reception was closed. I had received email confirmation of the booking and check-in time, but no check in instructions. It took me 15-20 minutes after i arrived to get through to someone on the phone to find out how to check in. Frustrating after a long drive, especially as they were a little rude on the phone first up. All sorted eventually and everything else was fine.

Beds very comfy. Bed linen crisp, clean and super white and towels fluffy and white.

After a big day we were looking forward to relaxing and watching some TV but despite a good deal of trying, the TV in our room didn't feel like being cooperative. We contacted management a couple of times and a youngish lady was sent to help. She got the channel we wanted but soon after she left our room, the TV started playing up again. No tele for us!!

After a long drive couldn't grudge about our one night stay. My main happiness was the comfortable bed. It was so very comfortable that I didn't wake up once until morning. A queen and single was just what we wanted for the three of us. Parking was right outside the room. Extra pillows and power points by the bed was a plus.

Like to mention that vehicles should not be allowed to reverse park to the room entrance.

The room was a very good size with a small table and chairs so you can dine in. A small lounge. Very clean and reasonably comfy.

Nothing major at all. The mattress was a little hard. Even though everything was working and clean the bathroom was just a little dated. The shower rose wouldn’t stay up so may need a little attention.

all was good here room was comfortable and clean and warm. close to eating places and shopping. also close to tourist attractions. it think we would stay here again..

some idiot reversed parked and exhaust fumes came into our room. not sure if staff said anything because they did it twice

Room was very warm and comfortable. I had previously stayed here a few days ago and I was a little unhappy with the room especially the bathroom. However on being given a different room this time I now realise that the previous room must have been the disabled room hence the lack of a shower screen. I therefore have to apologise for my previous comments on the room. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

All was good nothing to dislike

the location was awesome for what we needed. Dawn service was just round the corner and everything is within walking distance. Room was nice and big.

our room was a little dated compared to other rooms our family stayed in. not as modern. but still comfortable and clean.

The room was great though having a downstairs room might have been better but with the number of us we understood that is not always easy. Most of the beds were comfortable. We were happy with our stay and staff were happy to provide anything that was missing.

The room was good but I think the cleaning was a rush job as the previous people had left a shoe under the bed so I think cleaning under there was missed.

The location is perfect for anyone travelling between Sydney and Melbourne. The Motel is also well located if you want to look at the submarine museum or the Holbrook bakery. The Motel left little cookies on the bed which was a nice touch. Very clean too

Basic motel with modest rooms and facilities, but clean and perfectly fine for family of 5 with 3 young kids. Stayed twice at same hotel on return SYD/MEL trip, and both rooms were good. First actually had separate bedroom with 3 single beds which was perfect for the kids. Excellent food and beer garden at local pub with playground and bouncy castle. Very convenient location and short distance to/from Hume Fwy. Staff assisted with bags to upstairs room on return journey which was much appreciated.

Motel has limited parking so car cannot be parked adjacent to room Austar Foxtel signal very poor Some additional cutlery, glasses etc would be good
