Great position by Lake Hume. Booked room at the Bistro to celebrate 90th birthday. Family gathering from 3 states. Staff were wonderful, food was good, great service. A lovely place to relax not far from Albury.

Cabin needs a good clean and coat of paint. Kitchen and bathroom need updating. Virtually no storage area important if staying for more than a few days. Beds on the hard side. Enjoyed the mini golf,tennis court and pool. Stairs and path around mini golf is unsafe due to uneven flagstones.

Loved the location, wish I came early to have a better view of lake. Was good place to stay. The function room was superb and the atmosphere was wonderful. Staff were friendly. Also was great to enter a warm cabin.

There were ants crawling up the walls, kitchen, lounge & main bedroom. Mattresses were not comfortable for one night was ok. Would of been good to be asked to bring extra blankets just in case and the comforter were not warm enough. I guess that's why you have heating. A door going into toilet area needs mending, I shut it before going to party then on return took a while to open had to pry open with knife so I didn't break the door.

Great location and facilities. Staff were exceptional very attentive and always happy. The customer service from the reception staff through to the bar staff was exceptional!

The cottage was a little outdated and had a very strange lay out but was very clean. The scotch fillet steak was a little disappointing for the price but the service was amazing.

Staff was very accomodating with our flight hours which made much easier for us. the room was big and the bed very comfortable. the bathroom was a bit dated but worked well. beautiful location by the lake.

nothing I disliked but to have a car is an advantage. Need to bring supplies as the restaurant does not open everyday.

Room was good size and pre-warmed, very welcoming. Outlook was lovely. Office was shut when we arrived but pre text was very informative, recommendation for meal was spot on.

Only way to make stay better would have been to have a table to sit at in room and maybe a microwave accessible. But room wasn’t advertised as having these either.

The cottage was of perfect size for a large family the only down fall was the main bed was very uncomfortable ( mattress too thin ) felt like we were sleeping on the slats other then that we will definitely stay again as the size of each room was perfect 😊 oh and maybe a TV in the main bedroom would be nice.

The location exceeded expectation. Certainly not some flat treeless daggy spot or anything. The cabin also exceeded expectation. 2 a/cs, 2 toilets and hotel style linen. What's not to love. The hotel style restaurant was also fantastic. Delicious food, and what a great spot eating out on the balcony overlooking the tennis court and lake. An unexpected bonus was hiring the kayaks where they were delivered to us at the lake and picked up. So easy and effortless.

The inclusions in the cabin said we had outdoor furniture therefore we expected a balcony with furniture on it but neither existed and for this reason I can't give it 5*s cos we really missed having that.

Resort staff were superb and helpful. The restaurant staff were also excellent. So good that we chose to eat there both nights. Although the rooms are a little tired, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great weather contributed to lovely walks.

the room was good enough for the price but the heater for shower was not working until we msged the staff to switch it on from outside. the restaurant near the reception had wonderful food. the lake near was a plus point for photo takings. highly recommended.

difficult to find our room

the staff and service at the hotel resturant was just amazing! the food was great quality, quick, fresh and tasted amazing! the location was just beautiful and overall extremely relaxing. we will be coming back!

parts of the room seemed unfinished. seemed like they were in the middle of renovating. this didnt effect the comfort of our stay but a couple things could have been added to the room like a table for the tea/coffee and kettle or a towel rack in the bathroom.
