Pool Carport kept the car cool Room was arranged to make good use of the space.

The room was a little dark, very dark carpet and dark walls with only an east facing window. Bathroom was small but creatively manageable for an average female, not so sure about taller people (colouring was pleasant). Pool could do with some more landscaping or other screening from the road. The space beside the microwave and kettle was slatted and right above the bag storage, adding a bottom would be safer for keeping clothes dry in case of accident. Couch could do with dry cleaning or a new cover. Chairs were very cheap and the table was looking worn.

The Staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was a pleasant one. They even put the heater on so that when I arrived late in the evening, I walked into a nice warm room. These people care about the comfort and well being of their clients. The Motel was just on the edge of town and in an area that was quiet. Just up the road you'll find a Shell Petrol Station that also has a Cafe that serves a variety of meals and where you can go and get something to eat, etc if you happen to need something like that. It had the basic items of a Motel with comfy bed, a decent size TV that had more than one channel and you could hear it, hot water for showering. It was clean. It had a jug and tea/coffee etc, microwave and a decent size fridge. When I left, I was happy with my stay and knew that if I needed to stay in that area again, I would contact this Motel. I recommend this Motel either for a one night stop over or if you want to spend a few nights there.

Great value budget motel, just off the highway exit in Lavington. Location was perfect for me as I was visiting the northern Albury area, but it went be great for anyone looking for a motel in Albury proper. Room was comfy, with everything I needed. It even had a little pool, which is pretty convenient for Albury in summer.

It's an old style motel and looks pretty decrepit from the outside. This was fine for my purpose, but would potentially be a bit unpleasant if you weren't aware up front.

Excellent large room with a private carport. Decent size bathroom, with supplied toiletries. Decent kitchen utensils supplied and plenty tea and coffee. Table with two seats and a small couch. Easy check- in with texted pin code contactless lock box for keys. Large bed. Great location not far from the hume highway

Bed was hard, but decent size. TV was very outdated and remote didn't work properly at times. Nothing close by for food besides a shell service station.

the host upgraded my room to a double and it was really spacious, great stop for the drive from melbourne to sydney or vice versa. has microwave and toaster and kettle and fridge, and a desk which was very important to me as i needed lots of work done. its all really good and the price is good too. very short driving distance to Aldi.

this is just me but i just felt the floors were a little bit slimey when i walked in. other than that all was pretty good.

Parking outside the room was very big. Liked the carport since it rained. Loved the heater was on when I walked in as it was cold outside. Thank you for the extra milk though I only used one. Loved the scent of the room.

Minor cracks in the bathroom sink. Soap holder in the shower is in the wrong spot, should be on the side not directly under the water stream, since I am abit podgy. Couldn't work out the EPG or tv guide on the tv remote so had to flick through each station. Maybe after winter repair the drive way to remove the cracks in the road?

The room was clean and had a quirkiness to the layout that appealed to me. The bed was comfortable, though the bedroom was small and had little steps that i did not enjoy finding in the middle of the night.

The location was further out from Albury than i expected. The outside facade of the motel is somewhat off putting, as it looks quite run down, but the room is better. There were a few other tenants out watching my movements which i found creepy.

Even though it’s an older type motel, It’s very clean, with lots of little thoughtful things in the room. When I arrived the air con was already on for me, so the room was nice and cool. And there were two cold bottles of water in the fridge. Plenty of power points around the bed area. Even though it’s off a main road, because it’s an older building it was very quiet all night. I could not hear the family with 3 young kids next door..😁

The pool is out the front of the building will little privacy. maybe have some trees that would grow up to hide it from the street and other residents of the motel. There were no pamphlets showing food places or things to do in the area..

I was doing a road trip, and as a result I stayed in 7 different motels along the way, this was by far one othe cleanest, quietest, cheapest and most comfortable places I stayed. I would definetely recommend the Green Door, And I would stay again without a secound thought.

I am a larger gent, and in the room i had it was a bit tight in the toilet area. But I mean c'mon, 1st world problems!

Very clean with good facilities. Very comy bed, large TV. To arrive on a hot day with the aircon already on and walk into a cool room was great. Hosts were exceptional, on arrival there was a small issue which they dealt with promptly, apologising for inconvenience, of which there was none. Above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend!

Nothing at all about the motel. In hindsight we should have paid more attention to the location when booking as I didn't realize it was so far from Albury town centre
