The penthouse apartment was lovely with beautiful views and a very convenient location. The staff were super friendly and helpful, knowledgeable of the area and full of wonderful suggestions for the kids and family to enjoy. Highly recommend the gym and the owner is super lovely.

The permanent residents can be rude and judgmental of the temporary stayers. We were accused by permanent residents for leaving rubbish behind at the pool, but the rubbish was there before we arrived at the pool. Photos of us were taken by the resident and shown to the building manager in an attempt to discredit us. All this was quickly debunked by the building manager but it was a little disappointing we were subjected to that which disappointed the kids a little.

Located a couple of 100 meters from the beach the apartment had everything you could want. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious lounge, meals area plus kitchen. Large outside alfresco area on the balcony. Washing machine in the larger bathroom with small supply of washing powder provided. Plenty of soap/lotions and fresh towels for the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Mim at the front desk was a delight and very friendly and helpful. There was a pool, spa, and gym available for use which we didn't use during our stay.

About the only thing I could say is there was only one air conditioner in the lounge/meals/kitchen area but there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so it wasn't a major issue.

The managers - Brett and Emi are lovely and very knowledgeable about the complex and the area. The size of the apartment - much bigger than most we have stayed in the area. Special mention to the balcony size! The area - we walked to everything - beach, dinner, shopping centre, twin towns and there's a coffee shop downstairs The bed - always the most important thing....very comfortable and big!

The actual unit needs some TLC - new carpet is a must, dishwasher is a bit run down and shower in the bath could be an issue for some. The view - if you want a water view then pick a different unit

The beds are comfortable with spotlessly clean bedding. The view from the large balcony was great. The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms. Kitchen with modern equipment. Nice sized lounge with bigTV. The staff are great! and I mean great. Very helpful, friendly and offered us the loan of fishing rods for my son to go fishing. We accepted their very kind offer.

There was nothing to dislike, but the kitchen could do with a cabinet door over the pipes from the sink which for some reason are visible. Usually that area would be covered up.

The room we given had an excellent view, the same view that was in the online picture. The location was good as it's a short walk to the Supermarket and restaurants, if you don't want to cook. I stayed there to visit my elderly mother because she lives nearby in a retirement village. The staff were excellent.

As in nearly every other apartment I've stayed in, the bed was terrible. It was sagged and too soft. I had to sleep in the small single be in the second bedroom, which wasn't very comfortable either. It shows a good Gym in the online picture, but you have to pay $15 a week to use it, which I would of if I was staying more than 3 days. As I would of only had enough time to use it once, it would of been poor value.

The facilities were well appointed. The entire facility was very clean-both the apartment and public areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location close to venue and easily accessible. The apartment was spacious, and it was great to have ample coat hangers in the cupboard. Great for group or family.

The entrance tiles were a little slippery when raining. It was a shame that the rain kept us from fully being able to utilize all the facilities.

Staff was exceptional on front desk from check in to everyone we contacted him. Room was massive, full size kitchen made our week so much easier for when I cooked. Was perfect location for our needs, 2 minutes to beach and dining options.

Someone kept parking in our designated spot, however this is not staff issues, just inconsiderate others in the hotel

On check in, a list was given to us and one of the items stated that amenities ie tea/coffee/towels etc would not to be replenished. Naturally that was for a one night stay. As we were there for three nights, we expected to ask for extra supplies without question, but when I asked for some supplies at reception, they were very reluctantly given. Although there was a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, I could not see the value of washing two towels and wasting all that water and electricity when they could easily be replaced. We stay in apartments all the time and are always told on check in that if we need anything for our stay, just contact reception.

Location was great and central. Room was spacious and balcony was huge with lovely furniture and a great view. TV & channels were great. Kitchen was really well equip for cooking with a young child. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Loved the storage and bench space in the bathrooms.

The AC in the bedroom could have been better of even just a fan would have been good.

Close to shops and walking distance to everything like the beach and shops. Nice and quiet without the hustle and bustle of being on the front strip. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people but could accommodate more easily. It had everything you need for a nice holiday.

The bathtub in the main bathroom was quite high to step into.
