The Mantra Coolangatta is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shopping outlets. Our beds were very comfortable, so we all had wonderful sleeps.

Location was fabulous! We could literally walk across the road to the beach, there were restaurants & ice-cream shops within easy reach, a shopping centre, a brand new Gold Class cinema and a games arcade for rainy days. Our apartment was a good size for a family of 4 (including 2 teenage children). We had sea view and pool view from our room, so if we were relaxing or reading in the middle of the day we could enjoy the stunning view across to the beach.

The wifi could definitely have been better - especially with teenagers, they did use up their data. There was also an unusual smell in our apartment, I thought maybe the carpets had been cleaned prior to our visit, which would've been great, but the slightly damp smell remained all week despite air fresheners.

The location was perfect. Opposite the beach, close to restaurants, cafes and other eateries. The Strand shopping centre is across the street. The view also perfect, I had a beach view room and I was not disappointed! Close to the airport and bus stop. I enjoyed my walks along the beachside walking track into the neighbouring suburbs and up to the other beaches. The entire unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable and supplied most everything needed. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I’d have to dig deep to think of too much.

Such a warm welcome on arrival - and throughout our stay. The 2-bedroom unit was large enough myself and a colleague for a few days stay which was work related. The unit was clean and had all the basics for a couple of days. The shops are an easy walk to get supplies if you are staying longer. The location is great with the beach opposite, and lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was large and had stunning views up the coast. Watching the sunset from the balcony was magnificent. There was a tennis court and small gym (which we didn't have time to use). Special mention to the beautiful fragrance coming from a candle at reception, and the lovely lady next to it :)

It is without question the best location in Coolangatta if convenience is your thing- terrific views and close to all shops, restaurants and cafes which serve up great coffee and of course just a stone's throw to the amazing white sandy beach. I'd book this place again in a New York minute!

It is almost impossible to list one single thing to complain about, The staff are all welcoming and the place is kept spik & span just like a 5* hotel. Our stay in Feb. meant that we could swim in 28 degree water, 1 minute from our door-beat that!

At the beginning , our booking did not match what we thought about it . Then we talked with Manyra Coolangatta staffs . One of the staff Lisa was excellent, she heard about our booking details then find out a better solution for us . My parents were really pleased about their 2 weeks stay . Whenever they have issues, they went to see Lisa, Lisa always help them. Thank you Lisa great customer services , my parents will definitely come back for their next trip in Coolangatta.

The pool and spa was amazing and definitely the highlight. The view from the apartment was outstanding, the layout was great for 3 bedrooms, although a little wear and tear throughout which could be rectified (tiles in bathroom chipped, stained sink etc)....

Parking allowance for a 3 bdr apt was only one vehicle which was unrealistic and based on the area, being a tourist location, made life difficult for visiting family and friends having to move cars every 3 -4 hours during the day. The kitchen lacked basic essentials like a water jug for the fridge or a platter of any kind (obviously useful for a 3 bedroom apt).

Lisa was at reception on my arrival and had also received my phonecall the day before (when I was asking if she could please ensure we had 2 single beds, as I was travelling with a friend). Due to the type of room I’d booked, she couldn’t arrange for two beds so instead she had upgraded us to an apartment that could. We were very grateful that she’d gone to the trouble and we both had a fantastic stay at your hotel. It’s always nice when staff go above and beyond to find a way. Thank you

We were on the 18th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. I also liked that the accommodation was walking distance to 2 great swimming beaches, and lots of trendy cafes and restaurants. It is also close to Woolworths, cinemas, and an arcade for rainy days. The unit was clean and comfortable.

There was very limited corkery and cutlery in the kitchen and the gym was very basic.

The location was excellent. The apartment layout and furnishings were ideal we enjoyed the pool and spa.

There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, just face washers. And soap dishes or pump handsoaps would have been good in the bathroom hand basins as there were bars of soap supplied but nowhere to put them. These were small things. Otherwise we were very comfortable.
