Breakfast was great. Good selection. Room was lovely although light gets in the sides of curtains which seems to be quite a common thing in hotels. Great location. Close to restaurants and beach.

We had requested with reception if they could change the empty body lotion in our bathroom when they cleaned it that day. They were happy to arrange, however our room was missed and not cleaned at all 😕. It was serviced the following day, however they didn’t replace the body lotion. Mentioned to reception again and they had someone come up and change it straight away (the body lotion is secured to the bench so no one can take it).

The location is perfect, one street back from Greenmount beach, and being on the main street of Coolangatta a range of different restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all in walking distance. We could see the beach from our room which was nice. The rooms have been refurbished recently and I love that they come with a microwave if you felt like cooking something small or reheating last nights left overs. The breakfast buffet is superb, and a great way to start the day.

The pillows could be better quality, and it would be nice if there was a bigger and better equipped gym. We arrived on a Wednesday and could notice a big change in the noise level of the hotel on Friday when it filled up. It was mostly when children are running through the hallways, but at night no issues.

Great size room, very comfortable. Could have done with a lounge/sofa instead of two hard seats

Breakfast was adequate, but buffet food was cold.

I liked the room because it was a beach view (between 2 towers) to Surfers Paradise and Greenmount. It was on the 3rd floor, so about as good as it gets from this height. I found the room attendants friendly and efficient. I also liked the rain shower and that the rooms have been updated since my last visit. I also liked the toiletries provided. They were well placed in the bathroom, came in large pump packs and smelled like pure essential oils; clean and fresh. I also liked that when I entered the room, I felt immediately relaxed. The aircon was on, the lighting was soft and the room was so clean. This was a great first impression.

I didn't like so much the breakfast. It was okay, bacon barely looked like it was cooked and the sausages were hard to cut. Reception staff were average. Nothing worse than seeing staff yawn on the job. The early morning noise from the works being done at the entry. The noise started a lot earlier than the sign in the building indicated.

The breakfast was lovely. A lot to choose from. Food was hot where it needed to be. The ladies cleaning up were quick to take finished dishes. There was plenty of room and not much of a queue. The room was big enough for everyone to fit. The lady who greeted us was so friendly. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but her smile was great and very welcoming!

The room allocation. We were located in room 112. Unfortunately we looked down on the ceiling of the lobby. When it rained we could hear the rain on the roof. It was quite loud. Also the beds were quite bouncy for want of a better word. I would have preferred a room on a higher level. But they did state the hotel was booked. The floor lamp and the desk lamp did not work. And there was also a power point near the desk that did not work.

The hotel in it's entirety was a great introduction to Coolangatta. We loved our stay, and it was centralized in a great location where nothing was an inconvenience to go to. Our room was cleanly, and the view from our balcony was great. We could see the beach between the other two hotels.

There wasn't much at all that we didn't like. The only suggestion I could make would be have two different sizes of pillows. We just had 4 large, thick size pillows that gave us a sore neck. We asked reception if they had a different size and we were kindly informed that they don't. That's all I would be able to mention.

We have stayed here on many occasions and it's excellent in so many ways. Our room had a good view of the ocean and was walking distance to a variety of eating and shopping places. The beach is a short, comfortable walk and is a great beach with crystal-clear water, rock pools and great scenery. The room was very modern, with a host of extras including, USB wall sockets, clock radio with charging dock and a full Foxtel package included. You can also internally walk through to the Twin Towns Services club and take in a good range of restaurants, cafes, live entertainment and pokies.

Only complaint was a noisy air-conditioner. Otherwise, faultless stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Location great due to easy access to service club and beach. Cleaning staff extremely friendly and cooperative.

Poor service from the reception staff. Room was not ready on time. Reception staff unable to assist with basic information. Unwilling to acknowledge that you are waiting to be served. Left me standing waiting while they were having a conversation. At breakfast 2 staff members were complaining about another staff member, which was very unprofessional.

Breakfast very good. Great variety of eating choices. Friendly staff.

Reception staff need to be properly trained. While they were friendly and willing to help, on one particular matter we were given three different answers from three different staff members. Your training manuals must be made available to all staff and read by all relevant staff. Guests need to know they are getting the correct answer to their questions, as they rely on the information given.

Great location and modern comfortable spacious room with view to ocean. Outstanding buffet breakfast and signature staff lovely made a great start to every day. We will definitely be staying again.

Pools and spa were fine but a few.pot plants and umbrella would have broken up the concrete and made it feel more welcoming. But pool was a good size and clean.
