The hotel and accommodation was fantastic. Were an older couple who enjoy an early start and a great breakfast, the Sebel offered inclusive breakfast which was plentiful and of great quality. Being able to eat early was ideal to enable us to get the most out of the day. The location was great being part of Twin Towns gave us many options for food and coffee. The view was fantastic and we spent many a late afternoon on the balcony having an early evening drink taking in the view. Have already recommended to other friends and family and will be back again.

The only thing I think it lacked was maybe a small sofa.

The included breakfast was a great way to start our day after a nice walk on the beach from Greenmount to Coolangatta and back. Location is fantastic and the easy access to Twin Towns is great. The ladies and chefs who work the breakfast are so lovely and always welcomed us warmly.

There were a few things that had been left in our room from previous stayers which led me to believe they don’t thoroughly clean. The exposed toilet brush with stains on it is a little off putting. We also didn’t get the correct amount of voucher for breakfast and when I queried it a different staff member to the one that checked me in was not overly nice or apologetic about it. The lady who checked me in came out and apologised straight away and fixed the error.

Great modern rooms, lovely views, top sound proofing so the room are very quiet (even on NYE!) and they’re not uncomfortably warm so you didn’t need to put the air con on at night and could sleep well, which was great. Excellent, friendly staff and housekeeping. Mini golf for the kids was a nice extra.

Minor things really: the pillows are all high and no alternatives available. The breakfast kitchen and floor staff are really lovely and look after you but the buffet itself isn’t hugely interesting. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait for the lifts. The outdoor pool isn’t really shaded and the indoor one wasn’t working. Nothing to bother you hugely though

First of all, during our check-in, the receptionist was amazing. She narrated all the things we could do during our stay. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view of the pool and the beach. The breakfast was unbelievably good. We could order omelettes and pancakes, alongside continental breakfast options such as perfect pastries.. You wouldn’t get hungry for a while after having that wonderful breakfast. The swimming pool and the jakuzi were amazing to enjoy after a long day. They also changed our towels and cleaned our room daily. The hotel was also surrounded by many good quality restaurants.

Location is perfect. Room was decent size. Went down for a long weekend to see a show.

Sebel Car Parking was a nightmare - even after explaining in the week prior and on the morning of arrival my need for disability parking space. Staff member tried to tell me to go park in the general public area. Why would I do that when I have mobility issues and need to be close to the lift to my room? No idea. All the glasses on the bench in kitchenette have never been cleaned as there were lipstick marks on all of the glasses. Attention to detail? Cool shower, however, water goes EVERYWHERE outside of it. There are literally no information books on the Sebel at all anywhere in the room. Breakfast in the morning was very average. All the food coming out of the bain-maries is luke-warm at best.

Breakfast was great and our room was very comfortable. The area was perfect as we had booked to attend a concert at Twin Towns. We loved that there was so much on offer all under the one roof, including a pub, restaurants, entertainment and bars, and our accommodation. As it was raining, we also had access via the internal bridge. We enjoyed it so much we joined the club!! Free under cover parking was great.

We were unknowingly given an accessible room, which was not required nor requested. Although it was very roomy, a regular room would have probably been preferable to us.

I liked everything about our stay that the Sebel Twin Towns Hotel/Apartments. From the staff at check-in, to the buffet breakfast we couldn't have been happier. The room was great also with a balcony facing the ocean. Completely secure undercover car parking was important for me. The easy access "undercover walking bridge" from the lobby to the Twin Town services Club was great, where we went to see a great show on the 5th. Floor.

Probably' "finding" the access to the property. Maybe a big sign along the top of the building indicating "Sebel Twin Towns" would be helpful.

The staff were friendly n helpful explaing on arriving..The room was perfect were given a lovely view of 2 parts of ocean that was possible behind front beachside buildings. When we came home first evening, I felt wee bit cold looked for another blanket for bed, as only 1 set room no more in cupboard..I went down to reception n 'Zoe ' lovely front house staff brought me up another woolly blanket for bed to our room within 5 mins..It made such a difference, rather than turning heating up.. Next day when out n about, came back n our towels had been serviced..first place to do .great to have dry soft towels. Complimentary Breakfast was amazing all plus more that you could ask for..staff all very friendly n clearing of plates when finished from your table.. When we checked out 10 am, n weren't flying out till late afternoon staff only to happy to store locked luggage in their locked store room Overall couldnt fault n we will come back to here when we can..thank you..

There was nothing we didn't like...

We had to leave before breakfast, but we were given our breakfast vouchers to use at a later date. And also loved the luggage trolleys. We were able to haul all our bags upstairs for repacking before our flight. Hot showers and shampoo/conditioner and body creams. Toilets were closed in the foyer area upon arrival at 8ish pm . We needed to use the loo. Check in was rushed to enable us to get to the room and use the toilet. Just a tad inconvenient, however it is my responsibility overall.

Good location in respect of the dining, shops and beach. Allowed to check in a couple of hours early. The breakfast was excellent. The Chinese Restaurant in the Club was also fantastic.

The Bec was a little uncomfortable. A higher floor would have been better. Located on the border of NSW and QLD caused some real time issues with NSW being on daylight saving time and QLD not. This caused some real issues with the iPhone flicking between the two time zones and often it was wrong. One of the staff members was less than helpful in booking a cab which was difficult because of the time issue. The other staff member was helpful at 4.00am.
