We come up from Melbourne numerous times during the footy season and always choose Yarrawonga Hotel. We stayed in room 6 Maykbe Diva suite Lovely big room with table and chairs. Excellent bath and large walk in shower. Kitchenette was provided with toaster/microwave etc. Would definitely recommend this room to others. Big shout out to Shane who is head chef Great meals and always walk away from the dining room 100% satisfied.👏👏👏

There were a couple of things that would improve the room. The shower could do with a rain shower head. The bedding could be upgraded to add a mattress topper and warm doona.

The location was fine as it’s in the centre of the shop district. We don’t know about breakfast as we had cereal in the room. The separate kitchenette was a great asset for us.

A couple of things could improve the stay. 1. The windows should have something for privacy if the blinds are up 2. A place to place the luggage rather than sorting clothes with the suitcase on the floor. 3. The squeaky floorboards are probably the most important, as a light sleeper I was woken many times during the night from my partner going to the bathroom but even other guests walking around their rooms or hallway. 4 guests should be advised about the noise from people drinking in the laneway as a room on the other side of the building may have been better.

Location is definitely great. The building itself looks good and well maintained. Furniture and accessories in bedroom are well-presented and meet my personal needs. Bed is comfortable enough for me, and the bathroom is well-designed and functional.

Room is kind of small when it says for two. I personally think it's more for one person. The biggest issue is the noise. As some rooms are close to each other, and all customers will share the same corridor. I went to bed after 10pm, and I was awake because of the noise from people closed the entrance door and talked on the corridor. It will be much better if they can address the noise.

I loved the location and the value for money in this property. The rooms were all very clean and spacious. We booked 3 rooms, 2 were double rooms with a bathroom and 1 king suite. The king suite was huge with basic cooking facilities being a microwave but this came in handy to heat up some food. The staff were fantastic and allowed us check in early and to enter the room early to change for a function we were attending which was very much appreciated.

The king suite was located near some airconditioning units and these clicked on throughout the night which was very noisy. This would be my only complaint.

Didn't have breakfast in the hotel, our room, the seating, the bathroom size. Including the shower were all great.

The bedside floor boards and the hallway up to our room from the stairs need urgent attention as they are very loose and they make loud creaking sounds, every time you walk on it. We can hear the adjoining rooms as well with the same problem. The bathroom window rattles in the wind. Plus your neighbors building had very noisy ac/ heating units in the laneway or on their roof, which was not helpfull in getting to sleep. In our room, Please leave the ac/ heating instructions note with its remote or in a frame on the wall underneath the unit so we can adjust or use the heater or cooler.

Location suited our purposes very well. Right in the middle of town and plenty of space for parking. Had dinner at the hotel first night, but did not have time for breakfast either day. Cleanliness was excellent, staff friendly and helpful.

There was no view at all our bedroom, and we were entirely dependent on air-conditioning because the single window could not be opened for ventilation. the range of beers on tap downstairs in the bar was limited and did not take advantage of the great range of craft beers now available in Australia.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bed lovely and comfy. We dined in the dining room one evening and the food was excellent (a step above pub food) and the staff very helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was dreadful and took a long time to come through hot. Had to put on full to shower as very little water coming through. The landing on top of the stairs leading to the accommodation was very small and the door rather heavy when juggling luggage.

The room ist small, but very well set up. There are no much facilities, but just enough for the clients to use. Super clean. The furniture and the deco are classy, have good taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked for possibility of late check out. As my room had been booked on the date, therefore they have to clean the room in the morning. The cleaning lady Chris is very nice. After learning my situation, she offered to clean my room at last, so that I can stay a bit longer. She even offered me to use the table downstairs in the pub (while I am killing my time. :-)). Thank you Chris! Definitely will stay there again when we visit Yarrawonga! Highly recommend!

Parking, we didn't feel confident to park at the back of the pub at night, (as we carried two kayaks on top of the car) but that maybe ok, as this is a very safe town. Only we didn't know the town well enough to be confident. we end up parked the car in front of the pub.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the accommodation was, tastefully styled. Beautiful bright sunlit rooms, comfy bed, good size bathroom & room in general, also included air conditioning. Great little bar fridge, kettle & table & chairs to be able to sit down, relax or work from. Staff were all really lovely, from all of my interactions, including telephone enquiry prior to arriving, check in, dinner reservation, cleaners & bar staff. Plenty of parking, great location in the centre of Yarrawonga & a very easy drive across to MuIwala. I commend Management for a great team & establishment!

I was concerned of waking other patrons with the creaky floorboards. A full-length mirror would have been handy.

We are a group of 4 ‘mature’ guys who have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the past 20+ years when we visit Yarrawonga to play golf. The hotel and its staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The meals are great value, the beds comfy and the beer very cold.

No issues and never had any. It would be good if they supplied breakfast but there are still plenty of great options in both Yarrawonga and Mulwala.
