I found this motel was clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on a major road (my room was at the back of the building so that may differ between rooms). The staff member who checked me in was friendly and efficient. The ensuite was modern and fresh (and fortunately had a large sink with enough space to fill up the kettle without it touching, an unhygenic situation which I have found common at motels!) I would happily reccomend this motel.

close to everything and even though its on a busy road its still very quiet, staff were lovely and the rooms were beautiful, the shower was really nice and very modern, i would certainly stay again. Highly recommended

nothing to fault of the motel, just sadly we had loud drunks going back to there room via the corridor that was annoying at 1am in the morning but this isnt the motels fault so im still recommending the motel as 5 stars

It's super convenient, especially for a person like me who'd take public transport. Shops are very nearby. Good food places are nearby overall fantastic location-wise. Great place for the family to go on a weekend!

Just the internet is slow in the room I was in, and network coverage was a bit low to use my own internet too. Lighting could be better

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. Great everyone had their own space.

Only one tv out if the 3 in the apartment worked, one all channels work, the lounge one had no signal and the room with the bunk bed didn’t have a remote to change the channel. The remotes from the other two tvs did not work on this tv. Wifi was slow but overall good value for money.

Second stay here. Both times have just been needing somewhere to stay whilst pasing through. Excellent value for money. Great staff. Rooms have everything you need and beds and really comfy.

I think the only thing I would like to see is a latch on the inside of the room to securely lock the door when you're inside.

Great location close to the airport, ample free parking right at the door. Clean and comfortable for our short family stay at Newcastle. Will be back again ext time we are in the area. Thanks to the management for clear and frequent updates.

Staff were really friendly and motel is in a great location. The free WIFI and Netflix was great, really made the stay enjoyable. The black out curtains were a nice touch! We were very happy with out stay.

Parking was a bit of a pain as its first in best dressed and every room doesn't have an allocated spot. but this wasn't too bad as there was heaps of parks around the back and on the side street.

Was very clean and neat. Excellent shower, pleasantly surprised at size and water pressure/shower head. Massive TV with streaming. Easily met our needs for our overnight stay.

Quite drafty - aircon was positioned on one side of room so took quite a while to warm the space. The tiled kitchenette area was the opposite end of room, which was where most of the draft was coming through. So that area just never warned up. Didn't realise there'd be two doors/entrances to room. My son was really anxious all night about this. I should have asked for a different room. Not hotels fault, but Google directions sent me in a bizarre loop to get there (I'm assuming this was due to peak traffic). Didn't have this problem at peak hour in the morning however.

The room was very clean - it had all the amenities and extra touches you expect - we stayed due to attending an event and wanted to be close by- the location was a little noisy but to be expected in a busy road - bed comfy, large tv and lounge

Not much - cars a bit noisy at night at times but it was convenient fir where we had to go

Clean and tidy room, lots of space, really close to a great Vegan restaurant,undercover parking, comfortable bed. Right next to a good value service station for a quick departure the next morning.

There were two floors between parking and the room, so it was a long trek up with the luggage. The bloke on the front desk did offer for us to unpack and leave our stuff at the front, so we only had to go up 2 fights of stairs, but it was too difficult for us to sort it out that way.
