Secure parking Water pressure All the little things like washing powder and coffee pods Bath was an unexpected surprise we would have loved to have used. Public transport within our walking distance. Loved the pet lizard who seemed to come in and make itself at home. Need its name so noone hurts it. Very quiet from all noise esp road noise.

Back yard not child proof enough for us. Next issue more Newcastle not you but found the public transport a little overwhelming to navigate. Timetables etc. Knowing where the keys are if the rooms get locked by toddlers would be a must for when our kids get older.

comfortable and clean, not to far from everything good value for money for a family

parking is incredibly tight, if you are not comfortable reversing or have a large car it is a challenge did not attempt to get the prado into the garage, but was able to squeeze into the visitor space. I chased the day prior to see when we could arrive, property did not reach out until they wanted the deposit of $300 on the morning we were to arrive yes it states on booking.com a deposit is necessary however I had to go looking after I got the call and is not obvious, I stay in allot of accommodation and they usually just take details in case they need to charge for incidentals

It is near the university and surrounding suburbs which was excellent (came to Newcastle to look for accommodation for our son). Beds were very comfortable. Very good value for a fully contained unit. There is a takeaway for breakfast about 850m away. Maybe some cushions on the sofa will make it perfect. Two toilets with showers upstairs and one toilet in the laundry

The colour of the building is a bit different from the pictures. We had to backtrack before we found it. The number lock on the main door didn't work. We had to call reception who gave us a four digit code which was easier to input. (hard to see the colour of the lock). Got three different parcels outside the main door when we were there. The TV downstairs didn't work even though we tried putting new batteries in the remote. (It might be an idea to check the TVs before we check in?)

I loved getting to stay at this accomodation as it was just what we were looking for. It was not only spacious but had all the necessary amenities, including a laundry room, garage and a small patio outside. The beds were comfortable and soft and there were even 3 types of pillows to choose from. It felt modern and I was sent a text with our door code and wifi password, which made the check in process so easy. I wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope I can stay here again sometime in the future.

The only thing we found a little difficult was the parking of our car in the garage. We had a 4 wheel drive and there was not enough space to drive and turn into the garage, so we ended up parking outside instead.

It had everything my family needed. Bedding was new,fresh and clean. The tv had alot of options in regards to netflix, google play etc. Shower head and water pressure were fantastic, better than my own shower at home. And it was much cleaner and fresher than another townhouse we stayed in near toronto a while back. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

It rained during our stay and it would've been nice if the outdoor area had more coverage, so we could still sit outside.

We stayed for two nights with three young children. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in, and it is extremely affordable. I loved the rooms, and the two bathrooms were great - big, clean, and with great water pressure. There are all the amenities you need in the house, including the kitchen, laundry, saloon, and terrace. Private parking is available, which is great. I highly recommend it. We had a great time.

The house was very comfortable. It was spacious and clean. It was actually too big for just the 5 of us (my daughters are 13, 12 and 3) so one of the bedrooms was hardly used. It has complete amenities too - laundry, kitchen tools, towels in the bathrooms, blankets. The house has its own garage as well. I really enjoyed our stay in the house. My 3 year old fussy toddler approved as well (woke up in the middle of the night just to tell me she loves the house haha). The receptionist who took our call a day before the trip was also very accommodating - she explained the sanitation process and the measures in place to curtail the covid related issues. Only downside was it takes about 20 minutes driving to get to Newcastle beach but we don't really mind this

The set up of the unit was great. Two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs plus a toilet on the lower level. Outside area was a bonus.

A few small & easily repaired items. ▪︎Fan in main bedroom only worked on high which just about blew you out of bed. ▪︎The windows in both bedrooms didn't open enough . ▪︎lock on doors from garage to laundry & laundry to living area wouldn't lock.

This is not the usual cramped family unit. It is comfortable and well appointed - the beds are exceptional. The facilities are good quality and the shower pressure is terrific.

A little warning about the snug fit for using the garage would be appreciated - it would be ok for a smaller car but getting my camry in and out was an exercise in patience and multi-point turns. There did not appear to be an onsite alternative and the street parking is timed. People wanting to use the coffee machine need to know that they must bring their own pods

The apartment is very clean overall and the kitchen has most of the utensils we need for our holiday. It is also close to shops to buy our requirements to enjoy our cooking for the family on holiday. We will definitely book with you in the future. And we will tell our friends too.

Onsite parking could be improved but there seems to be no room for that.
