Good location near the restaurant area of Norton Street. Helpful office staff. Parking available on site at a very reasonable price. Good air conditioning. Comfortable and well maintained room. Good value for money in a Sydney location.

Only problem is that the location is is directly on the flight path for the airport. Planes go over the building at a low level. It must be remembered that even though this is a negative, it is very quiet during the night from 11pm to 6am when flights are not allowed.

The room was quite small but well kept, roughly 3x3 meters plus a 1x3 meter on-suite attached, which was plenty to meet my needs for the one night stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. I also noticed the room was surprisingly quiet despite being directly under the inbound flight path for Sydney airport which was great compared to other motels I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, centralised and easy to access right on Parramatta Road.

The view from my 3rd floor room was not great by any means, but it did allow direct line of sight to the lane way where I parked my car, which was very reassuring. They do have secure basement parking but I arrived late and didn’t use it.

Loved that it had a big kitchen downstairs and laundry. Around the corner from the 440 bus and not far from light rail and train station. Fantastic Irish pub where we got a $19 meal to share and Cole’s local

Mouldy smell from carpet outside. Tv a bit challenging to use. Ceiling fan didn’t work. Shower was lovely and roomy and the bed one of the best I’ve slept in.

Super convenient for a few nights stay while our own apartment in Leichhardt was being renovated. Owners are pleasant and very helpfull. This is our second stay, we were here three years ago when visiting Sydney. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for budget concious accomodation.

I booked the stay @ City view for my son Tom who has just arrived in Sydney. Can't praise the property or the staff highly enough especially Wila who has really looked after him. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean & friendly place to stay.

It’s a good place to enjoy local life. There’s a lot of Italian restaurants, cafes. There’s a pub next door and a supermarket 5 minutes away. Good value for money.

I wouldnt go there for absolute privacy as the walls are a little thin.

Great beds, really comfortable. The back room with the balcony and city view was great, plenty of natural sunlight. Air conditioners worked great too. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating, it was a pleasure to stay there.

The wifi did lag sometimes

We had to leave to the airport before we got served breakfast but we got given two rooms and one was an upgrade so we got to choose from two rooms. Close to the airport and for an international flight we didn’t have to get up quite as early to be there 3 hours before.

We thought we were booking one room when it said a single room but instead it was a double bed.

Great location, walking distance to public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. Room was nice and cosy, perfect for one person. Easy access via ramp and lift.

Very disappointed with the shower, very little pressure of water from shower head. Took over 10mins for hot water to come through. On initial entry into room, the smell of very strong male body odour.

We booked a variety of rooms and stayed for a number of nights. There is limited parking at the location, which you have to book and pay for. I wasn't able to get all of the days of my stay at the time of booking, but when a spot became available they contacted me which I really appreciated. The rate was really reasonable, especially for Sydney. There was an ironing board in the communal area downstairs which we used.

The communal kitchen was less clean than I would have liked. This is more a reflection of the other guests than the hotel. People should learn to clean up after themselves, especially during covid. It had very limited utensils, and we had to bring our crockery and cutlery from the room. A few extra knives and forks here would have been appreciated.
