Everything was very clean, the beds was fantastic the best in a while and tension to detail in the lay out of the room was very comfortable and under ground parking save and secure and the best thing was there was a bus stop going to the city out front of the hotel and a Woolworths just down the road 🥰
I always bring a blindfold for this reason, There was a few things with lights that made the room light up like telephone, light from the under the door, the TV and the morning sun Well my daughter can sleep anywhere so she didn’t have a problem but I like it dark well each to their own lol.

The location of the hotel was good. Was a 25 minute bus ride to the CBD and a 40 minute bus ride to Sydney Olympic Park. I had 2 events one in the CBD and one at Sydney Olympic Park so the location was perfectly in the middle for me. Daily breakfast was from 7-9. They served toast, cereal, juice, yogurt and fresh fruit daily. The room 409 was very clean, and comfortable.
The room does get muggy if the air-con is not on. No microwave in our room or downstairs so couldn't heat up left over food - might not be an option for families with small children who need to heat up milk / formula. The pool is more a spa.

Onsite parking was welcome. The hotel is surprisingly quiet given its Parramatta Road location. Being close to the delights of Haberfield 'village' life is a huge attraction. And nearby Woolies + quick exit to the Freeway! Rooms are nicely furnished and spacious. The breakfast was simple & a nice addition to start the day. Excellent coffee machine was a bonus. We're from interstate, our family lives nearby, so we will be repeat guests. Glad that there's comfortable, fresh accommodation in the area.
The first morning of our stay having breakfast with the blaring tv was a noisy invasion. By the second morning I'd located a lovely staff member who turned it right down. The bathroom - not sure how, but some way to hang the bath towel after use.

Really lovely staff! Location is great (bus stop out front, close to restaurants, cafes & supermarket). Extremely clean and comfortable (new mattress was slightly hard). So quiet and peaceful. A great sized room (stayed in Deluxe Twin) with a lovely bathroom (lots of shelf storage). Kitchen with microwave and full utensils. Reliable WiFi. Enjoyed the free breakfast (basic cereal, yoghurt, toast & spreads, juices & hot drinks). Free basement carpark.
Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towelling and clothes.

The staff were lovely when we first arrived. They were helpful and kind. We arrived early so we left our suitcases with the staff, and when we returned they had already put them in our room for us. The rooms were lovely, and the bathrooms were set up very nicely. I love that they refilled containers in the bathroom instead of supplying excessive single use toiletries. Overall, I'd definitely return.
The only problem got us was that we spent a lot of time in the city. Transport there and back repeatedly cost us a lot. So if we were to plan to be in the city again, we might look at accommodation closer. But if you're planning to head to Strathfield, Burwood, etc. It's a great place to stay!

The staff were excellent and were happy to accommodate my request for a late 11am checkout. They also stored my luggage because I didn't need to depart for the airport until 5.30pm. When asked for local bus and shopping recommendations, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good and the coffee machine's coffee was excellent.
I would have liked to have taken advantage of the September 2024 booking.com.au special, but missed out on this because I had booked well in advance. I had requested a drink while I waited to leave for the airport, but was informed that the hotel's liquor license hadn't yet been finalised.

Hotel room was super quiet despite being right on Parramatta Rd. ALL staff were wonderfully helpful and quick to respond. Room was comfortable and I loved that the deluxe rooms had a microwave, crockery and cutlery. Wifi was great. Free continental breakfast (while no restaurant) was a nice touch (although, see cereal comment below), and the coffee machine was a winner.
Small individual serves of Kellogs cereal for the continental breakfast was a bit disappointing. Surely there could have been muesli or something more substantial than cocopops and cornflakes. Full cream milk only was not good.

Location was good to visit RPA hospital, just a couple of kilometres straight down the great western highway. I stayed twice within a week. The first room was a deluxe double, very roomy and had a microwave, plates and cutlery and wine glasses, which was great as there are any restaurants really close, but there is a supermarket within walking distance. The second room was twin single bed, which was smaller, not much bench space, no power point's near the bed. It was obviously meant to be a room for children as it had a connecting door to the room next door. Still very comfortable, but I missed the amenities of the first room. Breakfast was good .It was free because they don't have a restaurant set up yet ( the hotel is brand new) and it had a good range of yoghurt, cereal, fruit, bread and a good coffee machine but it was a bit chaotic when there was a few people getting their breakfast because the toaster and the coffee machine were located in a corner close to each other. There was only a small amount of some items which were used up quickly and you had to wait for replacements. But these problems can be resolved with a bit of rearrangement and a dedicated person to restock food quickly. They had a fairly large two level security carpark underneath which was great

Nice clean and modern, stylish hotel. Room and bathroom were a bit narrow but very adequately furnished and equipped and well soundproofed. Nice to sit on the patio for breakfast
I hadn't realised that breakfast was included, but it was quite a basic so-called 'continental' but with just sliced bread I don't think it justified the name. Pod coffee machine was OK, I had a decent decaf cappucino after adding additional frothed milk. It would have been much improved with either danish bakery and/or croissant, or at least a loaf of fresh bread. Some cheese would have been welcome. There was also a frustrating problem with one of the lifts which necessitated me going down the fire stiars, out the fire exit and back in the front door twice!

The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly. They all genuinely cared about the experience of their guests and couldn't have been more helpful. While this hotel wasn't close to the center of Sydney don't be turned off. The bus picks up right in front of the hotel that takes you right to Central Station and the trip is quick. Just be careful to note where to pick up the bus in town for the return trip. Also, an easy 20 minute walk to the train station, which will take you all the way to Circular Quay. Great hotel, great value!
