Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay. The lady who checked us in showed us all helpful information as simple as which door is open 24/7 and where to drop the keys, which are important and helpful.

The food. I have 5 kids booked with me (11, 10, twins 9 and 8 years old) 4 out of 5 did not like the burger (kids meal) only 11 year old eldest ate his bit, the rest was thrown out. But I guess kids have different tastes but 4 out of 5 didn't like it was shocking. I couldn't try and taste it because I had a massive meal for myself which was great (steak with mashed and vegetables was YUMMY!!!!!! Also,Please put instructions regarding the tap in the toilet. The water flows on the tap as well when you flash the toilet, which is okay since we need to wash our hands but it takes time before it turns off on its own. Aside from these the stay was great.

I have Parkinson;s illness and once the staff were aware of this they could not have acted better. Extremely helpful! Especially Kelly, the day manager, who patched me up after I had a fall on the street on the way in from parking my car some distance away, She even shouted me a beer when recovering on the seats outside while having a smoke.

The room was bright and very clean/comfortable, except that the TV was high up on top of the cupboards on the same side as the bed, which made it difficult to enjoy the programs on offer. Perhaps if the bed was on the other side of the room iit may have been better.

Loved that it was so close to Olympic park and the train station. Our room was big enough to accommodate our family easily. Very private. Other guests were respectful with noise etc. The food from downstairs was amazing!! The steak was so soft and tender. Dessert was impressive (sticky date pudding). Everything was so clean, especially the shared bathroom.

The stay was amazing, they offered a wide range of check in times through out the day. You have to check in by entering via the bar then you will be given your key and walked up to your room. The beds were super comfortable and clean and the rooms come with a fan and air con. There is a shared toilet seperate from the shared bathroom that includes a sink as well. The overall stay was wonderful with a train station right across the street for easy access and the rooms were very sound proof too. Highly recommend for an affordable stay.

Everything, I love staying at Hotel Concord, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at and the beds are very comfortable and I like that rooms and the bathrooms are always clean and the food and drinks are delicious and great and the staff and the cleaners are very friendly and nice to talk to

Location only a 20 min walk to Accor Stadium. Surrounding area lovely, Train station across the road. The staff were absolutely friendly and very accommodating, excellent service. The food was sensational. The rooms very quaint, have lovely sheets and nice fluffy quilts. The whole place had a great atmosphere and lovely feel to it. We will definitely stay here again

the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean as were the rooms. i stayed there with 3 small children and expected it to be quite noisy but everyone had a great night sleep and the location was great.

i dont really have a complaint about anything. its a pub so was happy with the value for money.

Great location, close to Sydney Olympic Park area. An easy 30 min walk through lovely parks to reach various sports events. Lovely well appointed rooms, Smart TV, new bathrooms. Friendly staff, Guest access direct to street, plenty of free on-road parking at weekends.

Very soft bed. Quite expensive for a venue with shared bathrooms.

I was there for a concert at Sydney Olympic Park - I was able to walk there and back which was super convenient! Also just across the road from train station which made it easy to get into town and to and from the airport.

A bit pricey for what it is, but the convenience made it worthwhile!

Location excellent, rail station across the road, 20 min walk to Olympic Park, room comfortable, clean, not flashy with extras but good value for money. Restaurant on site though we didn't use it, menu looked good, will try it next time. Has tiny kitchenette which will take advantage of next visit

Air con of the type fitted in the window was noisy but as needed only 1/2 hour or so to cool the room on arrival was not a problem..
