Was clean and tidy staff were very friendly and helpful due to us travelling with my sister with a disability. My mother needed extra towels and linen and nothing was a problem for the house cleaning staff. They just grabbed it for us. In saying that it is the budget ibis so you do get what you pay for. It was comfortable. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads and have a shower. If you're after a bigger room or more facilities, this place is not for you. It is a budget hotel and it was a great price for what we wanted.

Wasn't too much that we didn't like as we knew that it was a budget hotel and we were getting what we paid for. We weren't there for a big flash weekend in a five-star hotel so I'll stay was perfectly fine for the two nights

Bed was great, room fine, i was very grateful for the laundry and i also like not being too high eg floor 34. I like Ibis because they dont have really high buildings.

The little fridge froze everything i put in it which did not cause any problems but i couldnt find a switch to adjust. Room 328. The shower is next to the bed rather than in an ensuite and the doors are a bit odd and the first shower i had i ended up with a lot of water on the floor but i changed my technique and ensured the mat was down for second shower.

Perfect for location in what we had planned the state of origin rugby league

Priced way to high for what was on offer a room more in line with a prison cell I can understand the price being a bit higher than there standard rate considering what was going to happen at Accor Stadium but for a bed a couple of coffee cups and coffee sugar and a few stirring sticks that looked like they had been there for months and old Olympic bedding what more needs to be said except it was a bed

We never had the breakfast so can't comment on that. Location for us was great nice and handy.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. The rooms are quite small for 3 people to stay in and the shower area quite small. A kitchenette would be helpful in your room with a microwave. For what we had for the money we paid it was a bit disappointing it was definitely a budget room on very non budget price. But the bed was comfy and the shower was hot 👍

The position is perfect. We were there for sport and could walk across the road to the stadium. The area feels safe and quiet with lots of options for meals nearby. The staff were always lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Also really nice to be able to have breakfast .

A toilet brush would have been useful but we managed without. A shame that parking is charged on top of the accomodation now and not included.

They gave us a large room closest to ground level which was very handy for us, and we were also given a large room with plenty of space. Staff were very helpful as always. Chemist and groceries all within 10 mins walk, ideal hotel location for the conventions we attend annually.

Bathroom design in our room was questionable as drain isn't enough to stop water flooding bathroom floors. Had to use lots of towels to dry the floors constantly

How close it was to Qudos Bank Arena for the Evanescence concert. Parking up the street was great, my room was bit big for me, but overall it wasn't too bad :)

That 1 lift was out of order. Obviously not their fault at all, but with that many people, it was bad timing on the elevators part (lol) The window didn't open to allow for ventilation, but that's just me knit picking :) Please ignore, haha. The staff was great!

Location

That I had to ask 2 days in a row to have my room cleaned, was staying there for a week, and done what was asked, to notify staff and also put out the service my room sign, room was to be serviced after 2 nights but wasn’t cleaned until after 4th night. Staff on both occasions were great giving fresh towels and were very apologetic.

Great location inside the Olympic park and can easily be accessed thru train (walking distance) and bus (close to doorstep). the whole SOP is quiet during my stay (there's no major sporting event/concert during that time).

The left lift is acting weirdly when you press the left set of buttons, the right set of buttons is working ok. I choose the right lift whenever I can.

Good service, tidiness and value for money. The Olympic Park is the most beautiful location that I have so far seen in Sydney, or Perth or Brisbane or Melbourne or any part in Australia or the world. The cleanliness of the locality and the beautiful and wide streets reminded me of my Berlin, Germany experience in 2019.

What I did not like about the location was that there were no girls floating about as in some of the Sydney suburbs like Burwood. As a consequence, I could not make any headway of my mission to Sydney. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the trip.
