I came for the Taylor Swift concert and I absolutely loved that you organised buses to get us to and from the venue, and at a really affordable price too!

There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like, only just a suggestion of that it would’ve been night to have some bottled water and other things in our mini fridge. We only had the 4 little cups of milk. We were short for time so we didn’t get to go to the shops to get water. The only negative was the price for the hotel, it didn’t feel worth $1000 a night. We only had two channels to chose from in the room which I’ve never experienced in another hotel.

The bed was bigger than our king-size bed at home. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel supplied. Car park was good and secure, but not undercover. Right across from the racecourse. Could see Accor Stadium from the hotel - and found out they do shuttles to Stadium when there is an event. Room service menu cheaper and more options than the restaurant. Oh , the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Car park not undercover. Meals in restaurants are not kid friendly, and you can not get the room service menu in the restaurant, even if you are the only people in the restaurant :(

We stayed one night for Taylor Swift concert. The hotel catered for this extremely well. There was even friendship beads in the foyer available for everyone! They had arranged a bus for transport too which was a lovely surprise and made the night easy esp for families! Our 2 rooms were interconnected, as requested and rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We all slept in after a late late night - and breakfast had finished. Would've been nice to have had something, even if a toasted sandwich to take away etc available.

Everything, from check in to check out we were made feel so welcome. The room service was incredible also, and so was breakfast. There was nothing i could fault. We came down to see Luke Combs for the night. As soon as we checking in we noticed they were doing transfers to the venue also. This was such. smooth process. Getting out of any concert is normally chaotic. The Rydges have nailed it. We walked out of the concert and onto a bus and were home soon enough to enjoy the room and room service. I highly recommend the Rydges if you need to stay near Parramatta.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Great customer service from front desk. Greeted warmly by morning staff on check in. When spoke to Night Manager, he was very friendly and helpful, on check out, Weiri ( I think that was her name), was very friendly. Family was very happy with F&B staff. The people aspect of the stay cannot be faulted. Credit to all of them.

Room was aging, but that's beyond staff control. Fridge in 406 wasn't cooling. And a little dusty in the kitchenet. Otherwise, bed and bathroom was quite clean.

Certainly! Let me explain "room," "bed," and "breakfast." 1. Room: A hotel room is an area where guests can stay and rest. Accommodation type affects room size, facilities, and features. Standard, suite, single, double, twin, and other rooms are common. These rooms usually have a bed, closet, desk, chair, TV, mini-fridge, and coffee machine. 2. Bed: Beds are used for sleeping and resting. A mattress on a raised platform or frame and a base or foundation support it. Beds come in twin, full, queen, and king sizes for different tastes and occupants. Mattress, pillow, and bedding quality determine bed comfort. 3. Breakfast: Hotels, motels, inns, and bed & breakfasts generally offer breakfast. These businesses offer a free breakfast including cereals, bread, pastries, fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea, and juice. The menus vary from continental breakfasts to buffets. I'm just a language model. However, many choose cozy rooms with comfy beds. A room with a balcony, a view, and a large bathroom can improve the stay. A wonderful breakfast may also be a great way to start the day, with alternatives for all tastes and diets.

Proximity to Rosehill Gardens is excellent, parking facilities were fantastic, plenty of space with car parks suitable for larger utes.

No balcony rooms unfortunately, room was a bit stuffy.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and provided good variety. I appreciated the option to exchange room house keeping/service for the $10 food vouchers.

I feel like my room was missing a few items and some that could also enhance the experience (e.g., information sheet, dental kit, bath robes/slippers). The room definitely needed a valuables safe for peace of mind when leaving items in the hotel room. The exit driveway was quite steep and I banged the bottom of my car on it while exiting a few times.

The staff (especially Sandhya on checkout) were helpful. We liked the comfort and convenience of the hotel and its location. Appreciated the privacy and feeling of home where staff left us to do our thing unless we needed and asked for assistance. The actual rooms were a bit dated in some of their decoration and furniture (e.g. paint peeling on base boards, coffee table bit old) BUT offset by the nice, newer clean bathroom and toilet (which is super important to me) Thanks to the cleaners who did a good job on our room each day (I take it no cleaning on Sunday tho?....) We were fortunate that we got a great rate, otherwise might not have taken the opportunity to stay here - glad we did:)

Have a spare android charger at reception for some silly people like me who lose their's.
