Check in and check out simple and easy. We had a couple of issues arise with the internet and TV but the staff did everything they could to assist and complemented with a bottle of wine. Clean and comfortable rooms that are spacious. Safe to store valuables and hanging space in wardrobe. Mini bar excellent and quiet well working fridge. Bathroom facilities were excellent.

Difficult to locate parking garage and very tight spaces to park your car. King size bed was made up of 2 single beds, we kept falling into the gap created. Couldn’t get our laundry done as it was a Saturday and wouldn’t be able to get it back before check out, despite advertising 24hour turn around times.

large spacious room, large comfy double bed, enormous bathroom, beatiful tiles, beautiful finishings, decent sized wardrobe. very punctual with the wake up call and very much appreciated the follow up call the first night.

room was driectly over a very busy road, bathroom was very dark with only a few very faint bulbs, shower head had quite a lot of calcium build up and looked quite cheap by comparison. it was also smaller than i was expecting. also lack of a shower screen door meant all the water spilled out of the shower, even despite the drain.

- Modern hotel - Spacious, comfortable, and quiet room. - Efficient check-in and check-out. - Good value for money considering the standard of the hotel. - The parking cost of $35 is reasonable for Sydney (compared to many other hotels).

- The worst thing about the room was the ridiculously dim lighting in the bathroom! It’s impossible to do makeup or see to get ready to go out with such poor lighting. There are other mirrors in the room but the down lights above them don’t provide any better lighting. - Stain (which looked like blood) on the carpet by the bed. - The UHT milk in the fridge had already been opened. - Pillows too soft, unsupportive, and uncomfortable. - Parking at the Wilson’s Carpark was very tricky to find despite having directions.

Great location. A wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable rooms, great bed and excellent air conditioning.

The lighting in the bathroom isn't good for women wanting to put their makeup on. Towels could be bigger and the pool would be nice if it was heated. All pretty minor issues. There is no restaurant or cafe on site and the two that they align with both had special functions on the night of our stay so not available for a meal. However there are great restaurants a short walk away in Blues Point Road.

Modern, clean and good location.

The entry to the underground parking displays a maximum vehicle height sign of 2.4m, however, the hotel parking which is located below the entry level has another sign displaying 1.95m. This was a major inconvenience as I live in the country and drive a Toyota Prado with a cage on top. That said, my car easily fits under 2.1m and I’ve never encountered this problem before. It would have been nice to know that 1.95 was the maximum height for the hotel parking and not be misled with a 2.4m sign at the parking entrance.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Vibe hotel. The receptionist staffs were exceptional, friendly, nice and so professional. We loved our room, it was so beautiful and comfortable. We will surely go back again, we absolutely loved it and feel so at ease there.

Maybe for the mini bar, they should state that the mini bar is payable before getting into the room. They should inform you that there are a mini bar in the room, where you can pay for it as a service in advance, it would have been great to get the option to choose. 😊

I’m happy it has gym and pool with sun lounge since it’s hard to find a 4-star hotels with this facility. The staff was helpful and friendly, they also have good body wash and body lotion.

The housekeeping was sometimes a bit late to clean the room and the hallways to the room doesn’t smell good. It doesn’t have restaurants but there’s a food court downstairs (you need to see the operating time bcs on certain days they close early).

Good staff, good location. The room I was in was dark & quiet, and the bed was comfy, so I slept very well. Love the shower fittings and water pressure. Lots of counter space in the bathroom for organising toiletries. An actual decent number of hangers in the wardrobe area!

There were a few little things that weren't generally a problem, but gave an air of the hotel being a bit shabby; the bathroom tap handle kept popping off and I'd be struggling to sit it back on with soapy hands, the garbage bin in the room was falling apart, the safe didn't work. Nothing major, but just needs a bit of attention.

The room was great, the bed was super comfy, service was fantastic, location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend at Vivid close to the train station and many local cafes and restaurants.

Main things I weren't super satisfied with was the exhaust fan in the bathroom, the bathroom still steamed up super quick and of course with no ventilation it took a while for it to clear up. There were a couple of dirty spots around the room mainly being the mirrors throughout and where the phone was they've just wiped around it instead of simply lifting it up and wiping the top of the bedside table. 1 of the down lights in the main section of the room didn't work but simply because of a faulty light (not such a big deal as there was still sufficient lighting throughout the room) It was a shame the menu for room service wasn't really that great either unfortunately.

Upgraded to Executive King Suite - lovely room. Helpfulness of reception staff to our air conditioning problem.

Unfortunately on arrival the room was exceptionally warm - set air con to cool it, but not effective at all. Let reception know next morning who apologised and promised to fix it. Rang during the day and assured it had been fixed. On return it obviously hadn’t. Joseph from reception came up to room to check error codes etc - to no avail. Apologised profusely - provided 2 pedestal fans which made a big difference, offered us a bottle of wine and anything from the mini bar at no cost.
