Very clean. I have a muscle disease so the bed was a bit hard to get off but showering was good. We had a frame to put over the toilet so I could get up and there was plenty of room for it.

It would have been nice to have had a continental breakfast but I understand why they are now longer offered. Most motels now don’t offer breakfasts. Other than that everything was great. We were able to get dinner at the service station next door. Butter Chicken and Rogan Josh easily heated in the microwave.

Very clean, close to town. Lovely hot shower, great pressure. Real milk for your tea/coffee. Easy check-in and check out. Walks to shops and cafes. Beds are warm when using the electric under blanket

If you are a light sleeper maybe bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. The rooms are not soundproof, you will hear road traffic especially the trucks. There is a slight gap under the door so maybe that could be looked at.

Maybe I was having a senior's moment, but I couldn't work out how to use the new microwave (LOL!). A couple of instructions, on or near the unit, would be very helpful for dummies like me. :) The weather in Tenterfield was cold & damp. Despite a nice hot shower, and using the extra blanket in the cupboard, another blanket would have been ideal.

The bed was very comfortable. Loved the large tv with cable channels. the two seater lounge is great allowing tv viewing without sitting at the table or on the bed.Good parking.

The shower gel in the shower was empty and a wet towel was left hanging in the bathroom. The tissues in the bathroom was empty. The refrigerator/ freezer had leftover food in it.

The room was very clean and it was very comfortable too! I could not have been happier as I've paid a fair amount. The receptionist lady was beyond kind as I was welcomed with a medium bottle of milk.

My only wish though, is that you would provide an electric stove, at least offer to hire. I know it says you can't cook but it would be convenient for people to have the option to HIRE an electric stove too and you could charge them a certain amount per hour to make you guys feel safe, then they have to return it to the office.

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. While it is an older style motel, the bathroom has been updated and they provided the best bathing products of the motels I stayed at during my trip. Instead of tiny bottles, there are dispensers for the sink and shower. It was easy to walk to the town's attractions.

The friendly manager and staff nothing was a problem at all. Very helpful and friendly. The room was big and bathroom was nice and big as well

The road noise was a bit off putting but it is on the main road so it was expected

This motel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was well catered for and thought out. Wish evey motel was this good. I have no hesitaion in recommending the Jumbuck Motor Inn Tenterfield

Everything was perfect!

It had the essentials for a traveller and was convenient and quiet enough, and ground floor accommodation.

Tiles in the shower need regrouting and handbasin tap needs tightening.

Great location; perfect bed - very warm despite no electric blankets. Excellent late check in option.

Shower grout was not perfectly clean but could just be ageing grout. The parking for room 3 is a little weird and tight. Small things that did not detract from our overall experience.
