Location was great, room was very comfortable, bed was perfect. They provided a microwave and toaster and cutlery plates etc as per our request. Was absolutely wonderful.

There was no housekeeping on Sunday! We had no idea why, our beds weren’t made, no fresh towels! Housekeeping was good some days and terrible others. Some days they didn’t even vacuum, didn’t restock shampoo/conditioner, no fresh sheets unless I stripped off the bed and we stayed 2 weeks! Fresh sheets once in two weeks. They never wiped down the counter top, small bits of trash and dust were never cleaned…. The laundry room closes at 7pm, so if you are working all day, all week, there is no way to get your laundry done!

1) The door-code made the room access pretty easy. 2) Sofa-bed is reasonable size that fits two people easily

1) Room 111 door hinge seems to not be able to keep the door open to allow us moving bags in and out. 2) Toilet/bathroom don't have heat lights (room 101 and 111). In contrary room 104 has heated lights 3) There was one day the room-service did not gave us new bath towels. 4) Daily room clean did not seem to have vaccuumed. 5) Not sure if we should expect complimentary breakfast and juice everyday, but we only had one serve. 6) The NetFlix wasn't logged in, and we don't have an account, thus unable to use it.

The beds were lovely and comfy, shower was great. Well insulated room so the cold weather didn't bother us when inside the room at all, it was very comfortable. My kids loved the keyless entry, my autistic son memorised the code in less than 2 minutes and spent the rest of the weekend letting himself in and out. The breakfast bags were a nice touch, my boys loved the cereal and juice on our first morning there.

Lack of facilities and sparsely appointed room ... we booked it as a family room for the weekend, but there was nowhere for the kids to sit to eat, not even plates for them to use. A jug was supplied, but no toaster, no microwave. Not even a dishcloth to wipe away our mess! Just a few little simple, thoughtful additions to that room would have made it so much more accommodating for a family. *Bathroom door hinges were very squeaky, *Shower screen was fixed shut, so you literally had to climb into the bath to pull out the plug. *Fridge did have a little freezer compartment, and an icecube tray would have been very welcomed, but the freezer was so frosted over the door wouldn't even close.

I would have stayed another night if we could just so that I could sleep on that bed again! And I live with chronic pain and am rarely comfortable on a bed. The pillows were wonderful too. The curtains were true block out, the room was dark as night even at 8am with the curtains closed. Would be very happy to stay again. It's located close to shops, the river walk and gardens.

I don't know what the deal is, but when I went to plug in my phone charger behind the bedside table, I found a cemetery of dead crickets. I wish I hadn't seen that just before bed (or at all really), so I would have given this place the highest score possible if it hadn't been for this issue. I wondered if I should have been happy that all the crickets were dead because maybe that meant that they had recently sprayed for bugs, but then I wondered, what if they hadn't sprayed....what creature eats crickets and is it living under the bed?

The room and property in general were very clean and tidy. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and prompt. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were well maintained and I appreciated the extra little things like proper milk, cereal, shower gel until we could get to the supermarket. It was easy to travel with two toddlers as the furniture was safe/suitable and I easily accessed my streaming services. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Comfortable clean, and fresh. Bonus orange juice, cereal and three small milks. Excellent location, friendly staff. Generous pillows. Perfect for our one night stay. We were able to walk and watch Mardi Gras parade which was a bonus. It was a bit noisy as there was a party going after the parade but this was a one off and didn't worry us. We loved that we could walk to all of the action but were also just opposite the river

The carpet is lifting a bit and the bathrooms are getting tired but still very functional and clean. Being close to the car park means you can be disturbed but I wore ear plugs so this didn't worry me. My daughter heard a few noisy people coming back from the Mardi Gras but once again this doesn't happen every weekend

Complicated door code, couldn't make door stay part-open, had to use chair to go and come to the car. Diesel ute owners running their engines at 6am for 10 minutes, noisy plus fumes! No fresh air ventilation into the room results in stuffy room. Bathroom a bit tired, noisy taps water flow, especially from other rooms in the night. Room didn't get serviced unless asked for it. Inside of room didn't match the attractive exterior of the facility.

How clean ,comfortable and spacious the apartment was. Spa was to die for, quieter than a lot of other ones we have used. Air Conditioning work beautifully in both rooms Lounge and Bedroom. The fridge was very very cold including the freezer. Within 15 mins of putting drinks etc into the freezer it was icy cold. Loved everything about the apartment especially the Private Balcony as to where you could sit outside drink and chat with no one passing by knowing that you were there. How Great is That. Thank You So Much for our relaxing nights stay. We are coming back and using it as a base to go see other family members. Take Care Kathy.

There was Nothing Not to Like.

Very good location. Restaurants were within walking distance. Size of the room was generous and overall, facilities were good. Also liked the individual breakfast takeaway bags with cereal, juice, milk and fruit. That was a nice touch.

Front doors needed an extra lock on the inside. For example, one that was manual and higher than the door handle. Although the doors were electronic outside and can only be opened by the handles on the inside, having a toddler that can reach the door handle inside is a concern.

Our second time in 12 months. There was no need to see anyone upon our arrival. We provided our ETA via text and given a keycode in return by which to enter our room. Good parking, big rooms and huge comfy beds. Left the next morning again without having to speak to anyone.

Some people may find it difficult to get in and out of the shower/bath due to the fixed glass screen and the height of the bath. I lost my balance on the way out and had to grab the towel rack BUT we all stumble from time to time and it wasn't a big issue.
