CLEAN AND UPGRADED ROOMS

Ron gave me a call within minutes of my booking, he ensured that he had the right room to accommodate my family of 5. Upon our arrival Ron and Leanne were the greeting faces and I can see why. They were welcoming and helpful. The room was a 2bd villa with an already made bed in the living area. The villa was spacious, new, and SO clean. The bathroom was newly renovated and very modern it was sparkling. There is a split system air-conditioning in every room. Laundry room with functioning washing machine (no dryer) Concreted backyard woth clothes line Assigned Parking was out the front of the villa. We will not hesitate to book again.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great size. Shower was perfect. Easy to use TV/Netflix. ( we have had trouble at previous Motels). Car parking at door.

Not that I didn't like it but I did find it different and perhaps many people may not read the Hotel leaflet they have in the room - It states you have to wash the dishes you use otherwise you get charged $30. We had 3 rooms booked and I was the only one who read it. So I raced around and told the others. It's just something I've never seen before at a Motel and we stay at alot of motels. Seen it at Caravan parks.

Staff - Ron, in particular. 🙂 He was most helpful when I lost the room key and the situation got complicated. He was able to solve the issue even after we checked out. Thank you so much, Ron! Location - the property is near the cbd and train station, which was convenient for the purpose of our trip. Cleanliness - the room was spacious and very clean. We were able to relax after a long day of exploring/business.

The size of the Apartment was great for a family of 5 very spacious.🙂🙂🙂🙂

The beautiful swimming pool not having a handrail going into the pool to assist people in getting in & out of the pool, especially for the elderly or those with walking disabilities due to long-term injuries like myself that need something to hold onto & the depth of the steps.. Please get a handrail fitted coz we'll be back 🙂 But still loved the pool 🙂

Air con was good, and shower was very roomy.

Constant truck noise during the night. There was a bad sewage smell coming from somewhere? Also I thought it was a bit rude with signs in the room saying if you didn't wash the cups and cutlery up in the small sink in the bathroom there was going to be a $30 charge. We used our own so we didn't have to clean anything. Bed was not comfortable unfortunately

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were down for a funeral and had family coming and going through out our stay and all staff made every member of my family feel welcome. During our stay my granddaughter celebrated her 16th birthday.

I could not fault anything and was extremely happy with our stay.

Very friendly owner and helpful in pointing out eating options nearby. Room was large and well set up. Loved the cutlery and crockery available to use in the room. We were in a twin room towards the back of the property so no traffic noise at all through the night. Air conditioning was very welcome on the very hot day we arrived. Thanks

It looked like they were trying to upgrade the place with new gardens, rooms were clean and beds somewhat comfy. I like they have buckets with squeegees in them to clean the windows, great after a trip down country roads.

Nothing really, priced on the higher side but thats the motel/hotel game.

Absolutely LOVE the spa bath, was a wonderful way to decompress after a long trip I enjoyed the easy parking & size of the rooms.

The beds could be better, they were quite stiff but I guess can be expected with hotels. My mother stayed at a different hotel in Wagga and said the beds were fantastic so that would be my only downside.
