Location was great for easy access to everywhere. The beds were very comfy and nice sheets. Apartment was clean and airy.

I had to chase up to get details of how to get into the apartment. The details for accessing the apartment are great but only when you get the text message does it all make sense and warn you about stairs, parking etc so getting this info earlier before setting off would have been nicer - even if the key lock box code only goes out at check in time. Also, the apartment is for 4 people and there were 2 coffee mugs and 2 wine glasses and 1 champagne glass. Also one half used toilet roll did not last the two nights so had to purchase our own as no extras supplied.

Absolutely fantastic- awesome location, very clean, comfortable, and Jackie was an amazing host. We had no trouble cooking two full dinners, complete with birthday cake one night for dessert. Communication was excellent- I recommend not using the booking.com messaging and instead call or text Jackie. She was amazing! We have previously stayed at many properties in Wagga, including a newish one that bills itself as luxe 5 star, and Baylis Boutique Apartments are far better presentation, location and also better value for money. everything was superb

Location was really great. Right on the main Street, close to great food places, hotels and the Gelatissimo!! You couldn't get a more convenient place to stay! Apartment was lovely and light, modern and very comfortable and the Bed was comfy!

The free parking was a very tight squeeze to get in. There wasn't any milk to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, which was disappointing. The stairs to get up were quite steep, which was fine, but wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues. When i booked, it was for 4 people, even though only 3 of us ended up going and it said it had 4 bedrooms with double beds, i was under the impression it was one apartment and was a bit disappointed when we got there and it was actually 2 seperate apartments.

Nice amenities, great size, comfortable furniture. My partner said nne bed felt a bit soft, the other firm but I thought both felt fine and slept well - best sleep so far on our 2 week trip at different motels. Easy commute to hotels and shops and couldn't hear a single truck or plane whilst sleeping. Great kitchen, full size fridge and oven, but we ate out anyway.

Toilet was dark, at 2am a little night light would be good, as pitxh black and forced you to turn light on (or stumble around in the dark)

How amazing and close to everything the apartment was. It was easy to access, clean, spacious and even had a balcony with an outdoor sitting area. Given how close it was to everything it was still quiet and peaceful.

There really isn't anything that I did not like about the apartment. Be mindful that there are a few stairs to climb when you get into the apartment, so you will need to carry your luggage. There is no lift. So probably not good for those who need a lift. There is no check-in desk either. The owner is really lovely and will ensure you can keep in contact with her and get what you need.

Location was amazing, easy parking on the side of the street. Very nice and tidy unit. Bed was very comfortable. Sheets and towels are of high quality. Lock box out the front was very easy to use.

Car park was too tight to get a ute in, a lot of noise from the streets coming through the windows. Not impressed that if we left any rubbish in the bin in the unit, we would be charged. Shower is very small and in need of new grout.

I liked the apartments. They were very comfortable.

I didn't like having to ask what the code for the lockbox was - I was worried about the reservation and had to reach out for it after 3pm. I also found the apartment not protected from street noise.

Location was good. But mostly we needed self contained.

Pillows were not nice to sleep on for a week. Too much light through the. Broom windows at night. Need curtains. Could have had more supplies. If you are station a week more than one small bin bag would have been nice.

Super happy with the location and the enclosed outdoor area was a bonus. Being next to the shopping precent made my partner extra happy :). Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little difficult to close the keybox that held the keys to the apartment, also the pedestrian crossing outside the bedroom window went into a "every 40 seconds" crossing mode which I imagine is for people that have had a late night at the pubs along the street. Seemed like it went from around 1am to 4am. Made for a difficult sleep. Maybe some double glazed windows would help.

Perfect location, plenty of room for my family, both apartments had great out-door areas. Very nicely decorated, large mirrors in both apartments made it very easy to get ready for a special occasion.

Only one thing, which was my fault, I forgot to sign out of Netfix, and it got hacked by the next guest.
