Being able to take the bicycle upstairs via the lift. really very much appreciated as we were there for Gears & Beers weekend. Friendly welcome on arrival. Spa bath was welcome after the ride, and the Kitchen and laundry facilities in the room were good. Plenty of parking.

Bathroom fitout is dated, and the tv remote in the lounge didn't work properly on/off channel change. Bar wasn't open very late, our group would have stayed downstairs for a drink if it was open.

Good size room, easy parking and close to good food places. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Nice ever down stairs

Aircon was a bit outdated and didn’t blow very strong. We did have 2 in the room but the one by the bed didn’t work that great. The fan in the bathroom also didn’t work so it steamed up when showering or running the bath.

The room was so well situated for our coming and going with the car and dog. The cleaning staff were amazing so fast, clean and friendly. I loved the layout of the room and the flooring although it was coming apart in two areas. Shower and bath fabulous. Having our dog there was perfect and easy.

The mattress was not comfortable seemed a bit old maybe. A mat at the sliding door would have been useful to stop dirt coming in as we came and went. The breakfast area was very COLD which was annoying as the breakfast was lovely but we really rushed because of the chilly draft and general coldness of the area. A little more light in the sink mirror would have been handy.

The room last clean and comfortable although a few things could do with freshening up. There were several breakfast was great value for money. The staff were friendly.

The room was showing some wear and tear. There were several stains on the carpets. The sliding shower door didn’t quite close all the way. The roller blind mechanism was worn out and neither of the two bed side lamps were working.

A neat, compact space for our two small breed dogs and ourselves. It worked out well. The staff had left a sheet over the couch, we also brought our dog's own bedding items to ensure nothing was marked.

The mattress and pillows. We know we've got pets, but we still sleep in good quality beds and have firm pillows. Both were poor condition.

Friendly staff mostly we were able to bring our almost asssistance dog with us

Disappointed our boys couldn’t get breakfast down stairs with us .The indoor outdoor area with no carpet should be an area to eat if you’re going in a motel that allows pets .Our special needs adult boys had to stay in the room with her.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the room was well set out.

We stayed between Christmas and New year and the place was incredibly quiet. Many of the shops and restaurants were closed and facilities both within and outside of the hotel were closed or empty. Absolutely no fault of the hotel just strange. The result was one employee doing many jobs and being a bit overworked.

Upon entry you were warmly greeted, locations were explained and shown where they were (restaurant, bar etc). The room was easy to find and the elevator was clean and didn't smell. The room itself was a nice size, the bed was large and very comfortable. The setup of the room was easy to manage with heavy bags. The bathroom was clean and the toilet has a nice smell to it. The shower was very large and had great water pressure. There was also no noise from outside which was great.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Wonderfully accommodating and helpful staff who were great during our unexpected emergency stay in Wagga. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very grateful for the air-conditioning in the room, the washing machine and dryer in our room were a fantastic find. Just a block from the main shopping area, the location was great.

The restaurant and lobby area was very hot due to the canopy roof structure and the summer heatwave temperatures. The bathroom was well appointed but a bit awkward with the door opening directly onto the toilet.

Comfortable room and located well for easy access with our dog. Easy walking distance to cafe and hotel for breakfast and dinner.

Bedside alarm had been preset to 4.30am unbeknowns to us and the concierge thought that was funny when we complained on checkout. Also the fridge was not working and the milk provided was off and the concierge had had similar complaints from other guests.
