Easy after hours check in, nice bathroom products, lovely thick fluffy white towels! Very clean and comfortable, the single bed probably could do with a mattress upgrade to match the queen which was great.

The Sandbar Restaurant...who IS run independentantly I must point out but is offered as where to eat. I asked the staff after a swim (the beach IS accross the road) if it was OK to sit in our swimmers to have coffee, after being seated and our order taken my husband was asked to put on a shirt or leave, fair enough, however he didn't have one after a swim & I had made a point to check on this before sitting down...we were incredibly embarassed and had to leave. Put a sign up please, and tell your lovely smiling staff the dress code.

The apartment was perfect. Set up really well for elderly and/or disabled. Mum is almost 93 and I have had shoulder surgery. Ground floor. Very open plan. Bathroom easy access. Shower wonderful. Receptionist was fabulous, friendly and so helpful. She even helped carry our awkward and heavy food box inside. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Reception shares a wall with the 2nd bedroom. You can hear everything happening as they are just there. At the front door too. No sleep ins in the 2nd bedroom. The pool is very close too. May be a problem in summer. Not for us as it's too cold 🥶 atm. Wouldn't be a problem for some as reception and pool hours very reasonable from this point of view.

The breakfast was yummy, the beds were super comfy, the vibe was relaxing and the location is superb for an early morning stroll or beach swim, the balcony was lovely and coffee machine was an awesome addition.

The pool could have been bigger and the kids menu at the cafe could have been a bit more kid friendly (simplier), eg. Plain pancakes, icecream/maple syrup or poached eggs on toast- my daughter is fussy and couldn't find anything familiar on the menu.

Yamba Beach Motel was amazing! The room was generously sized, very clean, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, mini bar was stocked and there were plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and even a portable sink and items for doing the dishes. The balcony was lovely to sit on and view the beach. The location was fabulous. Walking distance to so much Yamba has to offer. The service was amazing and seeing the beach from the room was a huge highlight for my daughters and I! The pool was great too and so was the restaurant downstairs. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

We had views of the sea, pool, close to cafes, stroll across the park to the famous Yamba Hotel and 5 min walk to the township, Recommend the hotel for fabulous views of the sea and great pub grub. We had rain showers, unsettled weather, so walks around the beach, watching whales at the pub with a beer, and wandering around the township - very relaxing weekend away. Accommodation was very central to everything, staff were fabulous.

It was close to the beach and only a short trip to the centre of town. We were very appreciative of the microwave, cutlery and crockery. We bought 2 frozen meals from the supermarket and could heat them in the microwave. The minibar had a nice red at a reasonable price so we saved money and were able to have breakfast out the next day.

I felt the name Yamba Beach Motel was misleading. All we saw from the windows was other houses. I don’t like that motels do not tell you your room is upstairs and there are no lifts. On the other hand the receptionist was very kind and carried our bags up to our room.

This place was on the smaller side, it was very homey and in a great location. It was very comfortable and extremely clean in our room and in all common areas, I couldn't fault any disappointment in those areas. It had everything you need for a stop over and would definitely stay here longer next time. I t was one of my favourite places we have stayed in the past 2 weeks of holidaying. The bed was comfortable and lovely fresh linen. It had air con and a ceiling fan which wasn't needed , it was lovely sleeping with the balcony door open. It was a very short drive to the town centre, and a lovely fish n chips shop. Wonderful job by the cleaners they deserve a shout out.

Room was a good size - clean, light & airy with a nice view across the park to the ocean beyond. Bathroom was clean & well laid out with a good shower. Power outlets were conveniently located for charging of electronic devices. Attached restaurant, Sandbar, served great food. The staff were very friendly & gave top notch service. Alana, in the motel reception, is a delightful person - friendly, helpful & warmly welcoming. Ticked all the boxes for me as a solo traveller. Tony

Location was great; very close to the beach and to the lighthouse and the Pacific Hotel (excellent views!). It wasn't hard to walk into town to the cafes and restaurants either (there were a couple of steep hills, but no issue for us and our kids). The 2-bed apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, plus it was on the bottom level, with very easy access to the car parking.

For a small place all necessities present; good shower, enough options for lighting, medium soft bed that suits most, breakfast amenities (toaster/kettle/coffee machine) and good working heating/cooling. Enough powerpoints too. As we only stayed 1 night and checked in late and left early we didn't see any staff members but key and letter were left conveniently for us.
