Ease of access to airport terminals (short walk to domestic)

Got into the international terminal at 11pm. Hard to get too from there as taxi drivers see it as too short a trip, a bit exhausted to wait for airport bus…could the shuttle service times be extended ?

We were on the top floor ( 9th ) and the view out our window was fantastic. It faced the runway and when I woke up I watched planes coming and going for hours till we checked out.

Only thing I could fault was the bed was a bit small, then again I could be too used to my king bed at home.

Close to the airport (walking distance) but about a 5-10min walk. Perfect for the purpose of staying a night in between flights

I ordered a ham and cheese toastie from the late night menu, when it arrived it was actually a ham, cheese tomato with mayo inside. I can’t eat mayo, so I had to order another one as it didn’t properly state all the ingredients on the menu. They were good about it, but for me it was a waste of food, and had I known I’d have asked for the sandwich without. I know I’m against the trend with not eating mayo, but still it should be stated on the menu. Plus the second sandwich seemed rushed and was cold in the middle.

Had a room overlooking domestic terminal and planes. No noise heard and if you wish a blackout screen available but I didn't use. Bed comfy (Double and single beds in room) walk in shower, luggage space, cupboard and in room safe) Staff are friendly and helpful. On site restaurant - bistro style (I had schnitzel chips salad). No room service but you can get takeaway. If you want al la carte restaurant - 1 min walk away. Breakfast is buffet - not big fancy but sufficient choices.

Nothing to complain about. Walk from domestic terminal is 10 - 15 mins. My suitcase was heavier on return journey and the wheels kept catching on different surfaces on path (airport not hotel issue). Would be nice if shuttle available 24 hrs

The check in process was smooth and staff was efficient. The location is a quick 5 minutes walk to the Domestic Terminal and to the bus stop for International Terminal and to the DFO. Its good for last minute shopping. The bed was comfortable and facilities was good. Clean bathroom.

There is limited F&B options in the area near the hotel apart from the cafe downstairs. The food there was very good though and can recommend the cafe. Restaurants in the DFO close early and there is no option via Ubereats. So just a heads up for visitors to pack their meals/purchase food early from Brisbane city/DFO area before coming to the hotel.

Convenient to both airports and train station. The signage from train station could be a little clear in parts and we did have some confusion over which Ibis we were staying at as there are two Ibis near the airport; one being a Budget Ibis. Once we were settled into the Airport Ibis all was well. Over all a convenient, clean, comfortable stay.

The fact that the computer system was done for check in and the fact that I couldn't visit my friends who were staying on another floor without meeting them in the foyer and going back up to their floor with them, then the same in reverse to get back to my floor!!!

The location was excellent in regards to walking distance from the domestic terminal and the very reasonably priced shuttle bus to the international airport was on time and very efficient. I have previously avoided Brisbane airport because of a lack of airport hotels within a reasonable distance. Well done!

I’m not a frequent traveller to Brisbane(always preferring Sydney) so it would have been appreciated to know of some of the services available near the hotel. I know there was train service into Brisbane at the domestic terminal but know idea of the cost or the time schedule but also found out quite by accident there was a free bus at the domestic terminal that took you to the nearby outlet shopping mall ( as well as the international terminal) . Excellent service as well.

Location was excellent after travelling internationally for 24 hours. So good to have close lodgings for the night. Room was so quiet as well, pleasantly surprised you don't hear any noise from the planes, and room nice and dark for a great needed sleep in. Bonus having until 11am to vacate the room as our flight didn't leave until 1pm

Only 2 things, breakfast wasn't included in the tariff which is fare enough but we didn't have the option of having a light breakfast if we wanted, the only thing available was buffet which is quite expensive once added to the cost of the room. The other thing was mould on the shower tiles. I work in hospitality and one thing my employers were always strict about was to have no mould on bathroom tiles.

Very close to Domestic airport which is what I wanted for an early morning flight and relatively new premises so no disappointments with room fit out and facilities. The in house bar and cafeteria serves good food.

Most vexing issue of my stay was the piped music speaker right above the reception causing me to almost shout to be heard with the receptionist. There is no place for background music at a hotel reception desk; the staff are there to assist the guests without having to do it over unnecessary useless background noise. Disappointed & surprised a takeaway barista coffee wasn't included in the breakfast cost.

The connivence of the stay, room was clean.

Our daughter joined us for a breakfast meal. We live in a different city, so it was a catch up. The 3 of us ate in the restaurant, however we had trouble validating her parking ticket after the meal. However, the previous stay when she joined us for dinner there was no problem in this regard. The reception staff member was aggravated that we were validating this ticket and indicated that we were trying to rip off the courtesy of parking despite being a paying guest and using the in house restaurant.
