Everything really!! Me and my sister are travelling around tje World and it is one of The Best accomodations we stayed in. Special thanks!! To All the staff that is very lovely and were very attentive to our needs and made our stay very comfy and homely. Also the location is amazing, just 5 minutes walk into brisbane City and about 20 minutes walk ti south bank. Also in a quiet street. Very very nice :)

Everything was great!

Well equipped room with all the furnishings one needs for a short stay, very comfortable for a single traveller although it would have been a bit cramped if I had to share it with my better half. The room even has USB charging points next to the bed (which is something I don’t often see for reasons I don’t understand). The location is very good - a short walk into the main Brisbane shopping area and walking distance from South Bank (where the nice restaurants are) and other river walks.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I loved the decor and style of the rooms. It's one of the few hotels who actually service the room without using "covid" as an excuse years later. Fantastic value for money.

I tried to order dinner from the bar downstairs via phone, and unfortunately after multiple attempts there was no answer. In all fairness, it was a Friday night.

The rooms were really nice and modern. Small but perfect for just what we needed for the weekend. Good location in the city area, away from the noise and busy city night life. Cafe next door downstairs and connivence store on the corner. Plenty of parking facilities around. First parking being cheap if you sign up online prior. Would highly recommend.

Convenient location; close to Central station. Stylish, modern decor.

Room very small, with no room to place suitcase down, or to sit away from bed.

Great location, easy access to everything. Near, tidy room with balcony and nice bathroom. This is my hotel of choice when visiting Brisbane as it's an easy check in and convenient to where I want to be. Room is great, pillows are nice and air conditioning and heating works perfect.

No Foxtel but no big deal

Very central in location shirt walk to queen st mall. Arrived very late after a cancelled flight and staff were excellent. Bed was excellent and whilst the room was smaller it was all I needed.

A 5-10 minute walk from the main city area and station. At first we wanted to drop our bags off but the staff managed to find a room that we can check in early which is great. Room is clean, comfy and spacious. Staff are lovely and can even eat or get a coffee downstairs. Price was also not too bad as well

Renovated room and minimalist design. Very pretty! I would like to commend the receptionists that gave great service and were really friendly. I chose the property as it was located right behind Brisbane Central - convenient for getting to and fro the airport and also within walking distance to the shopping district.

It’s not really a complaint but do be aware that it’s a bit of an uphill walk to get to the property.

Trust this chain. Fairly good location. Small room but everything you need.

Sound proofing not great. There was a connecting door in my room and I could hear everything from the next room. Had to move.
