The size of the bed is huge and so comfortable the smart TV is even bigger the lighting options are great, when my partner wants to sleep early i can have my side on to accommodate reading, all the little extras like plates bowls and cutlery are great and the pool is super refreshing absolutely love this place and staff are super friendly and accommodating

The water temperature in the shower is a little difficult to navigate i wanted to have a cold shower but could only get warm water

The breakfast was brought to our room and was better than expected. It was reasonably priced and included an large orange juice, which was more than we thought we were getting. It was delicious. The pool area is superb, like an oasis in the heart of busy, a restful place. It is green and attractive. There is a clothes line with pegs to hang washing, as well as pay machines if you wish to use them. Everything was superbly neat and clean, bed was comfortable. It was great that we could open sliding doors into the interior oasis area where each room had its own table and chairs - we had breakfast there, and it was so lovely.

Sadly there was no tissues in the room/bathroom. We had to use toilet paper. Whereas this was ok but it struck me as odd that most hotel rooms do have tissues. The location was ok, but traffic noise was constant in the background.

We both thought that the bed rolling away was a bit funny but we found out that the beds had a lock on them the last day we were there.

There was a fellow customer who kept spiting out on the lawns from the balcony and I was not very impressed. However it was not the hotel's fault.

Clean clean clean !!! Best location and handy to everything. Very reasonable price for very comfortable room. But most important, super clean !! This is my second time staying here and I’ll definitely stay again.

Temperature in room was very comfortable, it was convenient an close to the places we needed to go, reception attendant was able to get us checked in and issue our key promptly, given that we were extremely tired on arrival we felt this motel was offering excellent hospitality.

Shower curtain in the bathroom was not sufficient to keep the water in the shower floor recess hence making the wet tiles a slip hazard.

Despite proximity to motorway, our room was very quiet, no appreciable traffic noise, very quiet fridge and air con, good nearly black-out curtains. Good shower. Very comfortable bed. Plug sockets for charging items were handy. Parking at the door.

Difficult to find In the dark if unfamiliar with the area Parking area old, dirty and poorly lit. Door has a large gap under it. No information of where to go to eat, shop etc

It may not look as flash on the outside. But wow when you walk in it's amazing. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Beautiful bathroom. And the facilities you needed. I only wish I could of stayed longer and found it earlier. Well done on a very clean and comfortable property.
