The Managers - Danielle & Pete were so helpful and friendly. My husband was in hospital and my daughter came to stay with me. Pete put another single bed in the room for my daughter. When we came home from the hospital, they had given us another set of fresh towels and turned the air con. on so that we were not cold when we arrived back at around 9.00pm. it was a lovely thought, and we are very appreciative of their kindness and understanding. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Lancaster Court Motel to everyone. Thankyou once again Danielle & Pete. Cheryl Gratton

The Lancaster Court is in an excellent area with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The Manager was very polite, professional and helpful. Although the hotel is quite old and still has the old in wall air conditioners, the rooms and surroundings were very clean, comfortable and great value for money. The rooms may not go dark enough at night for some guests as the windows have vertical blinds instead of curtains but it didn’t bother us as we slept with the doors to the balcony open all night.

We found the Lancaster Court faultless. Yes many may say it’s dated, needs upgrading etc but for the location and price, people shouldn’t be complaining.

Was really impressed with this motel. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely appointed, including basic crockery and cutlery for use with the microwave and toaster. The outdoor sitting area upstairs is lovely, with even a gas bbq for guests to use, and a smoking area. There are a number of food outlets within easy walking distance also. Highly recommend.

Bed was a bit hard for me, but that is because I have a chronic pain condition and need a pillow top mattress.

I liked the balcony off the room, which although was only small, made the place open and airy. I liked the big barbeque area in the middle, which was shaded by sails, but could still sit in the sun if you wanted. I liked all the table and chairs in the barbeque area. I liked how everything was very close, like the hotel which served excellent, cheap meals, Hungry Jacks and the shopping centre with Woolworths, all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and very clean. And the nice pool, although it was too cold to swim.

It was a little old, but that was the only thing. It was clean and fresh and airy, which is the most important thing.

Nice old-fashioned motel, nice old-fashioned service. Very friendly hosts. Clean, well-appointed room. Nice touch ...the mags with the motel insignia. Not sure about transport, but having a car made it very handy for everything. Ken and Del thank you for making our totally weird day, very comfortable at the end of it in Lancaster Court.

Nothing to do with Lancaster, copers flying around with the sirens were too loud :) Could have had more bickies :) Nothing else comes to mind. Personally, I need firmer bed, but I guess it is personal choice of everyone.

Very clean, friendly reception, great value with a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of nearby food options. A convenient place for a stopover with early check-in and check-out available. Would definitely stay here again.

Though cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are a little old. The property is listed as pet friendly (and did let my small puppy stay with no problems) but the owner seemed surprised they were listed as pet friendly.

The Manager was very welcoming, and key pick up was easy. Parking was outside the room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Fresh milk would be a nice touch and is always a bonus when making your own coffee and tea. I understand that LongLife milk in carton is more practical for small businesses.

The room was bright and sunny, had a balcony with a leafy outlook, plenty of power outlets, cold fridge, extra pillows and good wifi. The air conditioner was the older box type, but was very effective and not noisy. It was nice to have the kitchenette for breakfasts in the room. I was worried that there might be noise from Ipswich Rd, but it was not a problem at all. The staff were very helpful.

My only minor complaint was that the bed was a fraction too soft for me.

well equipped room, coffee, water in the fridge, very friendly owner. restaurants nearby. close to the city center by car.

noisy due to the near road, old windows. the doors shut loudly every time guests go in/out. a few renovation could make the overall impression better: new carpets, shower, soundproof windows.

The beds were super comfy and though I didn't use it, the kitchenette facilities were more than what I have had at more expensive premises. I will definately consider this property again for a short stay when the need arises. Handy to heaps of dining facilities.

Though it wasn't the properties fault, the road noise (particularly sirens) were noticable but did not impact upon our stay.
