The property was clean and my room was very good equipped. I had furniture to put staff away and feel like home. I didn't have to interact with the staff in person as I arrived late on Friday and left early on Monday. However staff was super helpful with the instructions for late check in. Everything went smoothly. You could here the noise from other rooms, for some reason my neighbors were very active around midnight, otherwise was good time.

Such a clean place and all the amenities you need. Staff were great and close to the city of Cairns. Perfect for me as I travel a lot for work and makes you feel relaxed. Definitely recommend these properties.

Not much at all. The only thing is the aircon timer You have to get up multiple times a night to switch it on but power saving is a good thing.

Good location if you have a car. I hadn‘t a car and had to explore the area by foot or bus. That wasn’t so easy. There isn‘t a bus on sundays. From Monday to Friday busses go 3 times (mornings) per day to Horseshoe Bay. On saturday only 2 times per day. There is no bus in the afternoon. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay because it is a very calm town, not too touristy and nice people living there. You can‘t go from Bowen to the Whitsunday Islands! I can recommend the bakery Jochheims Pies.

Accommodation.

The only issue I had is my key pass stopped work on the second night and I have to stay out on another accommodations for 2 night where I got a second key to enter and payed $50 for after hours call cause I couldn’t get in the night my key stopped working.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. it's so clean and respectful and shared kitchen is always immaculate. A+ from me

contact from property staff about checkin. parking was made available on request. very clean. very quiet. good facilities. easy walk to town centre. secure. bed very comfy. bathroom exceptionally clean. nice to interact with others staying there in permanent basis. this was nice and they were very friendly.

Location was good and the rooms were modern and very clean. A TV would be a big advantage.

Availability of staff was limited over many days because of hoildays. There should be an e-mail, that you can reach around the clock in case of a problem. Important arrival information was not given early enough.
