Size of the apartment and cooking facilities for breakfast, including outdoor seating.
The apartment needs some updating, particularly the shower room and kitchen crockery / cutlery. Parking was difficult. The light and fan didn't work in the bedroom. There were no staff on site to report this to.

The apartment was very comfortable, Was close to where we needed to be. Had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Will definitely keep it on our list for a return visit. The price was very reasonable.

Location was fine. Flexibility with arrival and departure. Quick response from hosts for queries and sorting out small problems.
No info about public bus services and /or timetables. Guests have to learn the hard way about public transport. Replacement remote for the Samsung TV was hard to operate.

had to contact manager by phone for access codes, main door, and gate keypads very hard to read in daylight. Access key provided next day.

It was really great value to get airconditioning, a washing machine and dryer and a reasonably well equipped kitchen for the price. Probably the only negative was that there is not a lift. The accommodation is across 3 floors (including ground floor) but I was not lucky enough to get ground floor. Luckily the gentleman manager took my bag up for me to my unit one floor up. The unit was really clean. Although I left my car in Brissie, I can say motorists would be happy with the electronic security gate across the front of the property that closes overnight, plus security tag access to building and then your own room. If you go to Sheridan St, the next street along, you will find 3 convenience stores, 2 petrol outlets and kebab, Thai and Indian restaurants to name but a few.

Location was excellent, with public transport only a few minutes walk away, and very convenient. Apartment although somewhat dated, was very clean. Manager informed me that they are about to undertake major renovation/upgrade, which will bring it up to todays standards. Manager was very friendly as was his partner, and refunded two weeks of our stay when we shortened our stay due to a worry over Covid 19 restrictions without any hassles, as the Qld Covid situation had the potential to have prevented a seamless return to our home state.
It had an unpleasant odour, and the rattan furniture was uncomfortable. TV was a very small screen.

Size of room,tv was excellent.
Cleanliness of crockery left a bit to be desired..the pool is terrible with most of it under car entry overpass…staff non existent..

Nice balcony with good airflow through the apartment did not have to use aircon much. Close to shops.
