Located within a short distance from Cairns Lagoon and all other amenities, this property is a delight for any traveller. The apartment was split-level - living room and kitchen at one level and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms above. Balcony at each level was spacious, had outdoor furniture, and plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked our meals for a couple of days. Sofas and TV added to the convenience. Laundry facilities were a delight to have. Though we did not use the swimming pool, there was one available. It was a decent acco and we loved it. You need to clean the rubbish before you leave. They do supply some tea bags, but that's only for a day or so. You need to get your own stuff.

Nothing much to mention. It'd have been great if the tiles floor of living room were a bit more cleaner. But not that bad that we could complain of.

Was a bonus to have a temperate swimming pool. We used the pool and BBQ a number of times. The dials on the BBQ require replacing as their position does not reflect if the BBQ is turned on or off or the heat setting. Unit freshly painted

Unit 5. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms do not appear to work. Even with the door open in the second bathroom the room still steamed up following a shower. We were assured by the Manager the exhaust fans were working. We attempted to use the stove but due to the deterioration of the dial and display was unable to use as could not decipher what was on or off. Simple written instructions would have been good also. Unit was self contained and contained a lot of items, but a new cutlery set would be good as knives were blunt.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was very clean, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The quiet location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, away from any noise or distractions. On top of that, the staff were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, but unfortunately, the mattress was much too firm, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. While the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, the hard mattress significantly affected my sleep.

Great location within easy walking distance to city centre, car parking available on site for those with cars. Big appartment with well-equipped kitchen for self-catering and near to Coles supermarket and local market for buying produce. Comfortable bed, hot shower, kitchen, dining and lounge area in same large space with personal balcony outside - great for watching the changing sky and bird life flying in the skies (especially the flying foxes at dawn or dusk). Pool available for guests to use for safe refreshing swim on relaxation in the spa pool. Friendly staff who shared their knowledge of local places to visit and trips available. Possible to book with many different organisations for trips to see the Barrier Reef by boat and or air (small plane or helicopter flight). The beach side promenade was nice to walk along to see the views over the beach, creative sculptures, information boards and/or beach front restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing negative to say about this property. All was good.

The room itself and the facilities were excellent, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond the owners control, we had very disturbed sleep each night . This is due to a gathering of locals who hung out across the road and played loud music at night into the early hours , roamed around speaking loudly and yelling. I feel sorry that I’m unable to score our stay a 10 because of these people. It certainly deserved the best rating.

Apart from the locals, everything was great. Well equipped apartment and spotless.

Our flights arrived early in the morning. They were happy to store our luggage for us and texted when our room was so ready (earlier than original check in time which we really appreciated) staff was welcoming and suggested car rental and local attractions we could visit. Well located back from the noise of the esplanade. A lovely 15min walk to restaurants and waters edge. Kids loved the pool. Our rooms were a great size for our two families. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Quiet, secure gated parking and very clean.

Great staff, early checkin was much appreciated, size of the apartment was fantastic, location to everything was perfect. The apartment had all items we could have needed during our stay. Thank you.

The apartment itself was a bit dated. A coat of fresh paint, new furniture and brighter curtains would improve the overall feel of the place. Mattresses were ok - upgrade needed though. Colour scheme (curtains and furniture) felt dark and drab. It was probably a little overpriced for what it was at $300 per night.

has everything you need in apartment, washer, dryer, glasses, pots pans, toaster, microwave, big fridge freezer, TV with multiple channels and streaming services. balconies, pool, aircon, just a nice apartment with on suites. great staff, very helpful when we had to extend our stay a bit. So yeah I would highly recommend. ( photos are accurate! nice place to stay and central to everything)

Fabulous location, apartment and onsite managers who were always cheerful, had great local info and always willing to help. We had a two bedroom x 2 bathroom apartment, which was large with comfy beds, a nice lounge and dining area, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including a good sized fridge. Having a large laundry off the kitchen was a bonus. The heated pool and surrounding area was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next time we're in town visiting relatives.

The apartment was perfectly located 10 minute walk to shopping and dining areas and easy access to Captain Cook Highway for excursions. The automatic gate to parking area was great for security and parking under the building was not completely sealed off to the outside, so the breeze kept the area fresh and daylight gave good visibility to access and load vehicles. stairs to apartment were covered from elements and close to our vehicle.

the pool was nice, but we found by the time we got back in early evening that the sun had gone down behind building and shaded the pool area. also their tended to be a slightly cool breeze while we were there which didn't help when getting out of pool.
