The one bedroom apartment we had was nice. Number 210. Looks over the pool and golf course. Very spacious, good kitchen. The bathroom was set up for disabled people with a fixed shower seat and handrails. The door into the unit was of its hinges and was fixed promptly. Good customer service

One bedroom window behind the bed had only slat blind. The daylight came in and woke us up every morning. There was no window cover over the lower part. The tiles on shower floor needed cleaning as they were slippery and slimy when wet. Didn't like having to wait at reception until I was noticed in camera and then front of house attendant came out. Long wait at times. No notice to say please wait. Just looks unattended.

Bit disappointed at 10.30pm on first night had water running through our lights & fan in bathroom.. lasted 20 minutes.. water everywhere..and was worried re safety. We were actually in bed..at the time Maintenance guy came out..went upstairs found people above had flooded bathroom.. No one made any contact with us over next day.. no one answered my message sent.. When went to reception following day..she knew about it..but nothing said.. no were we ok.. no compensation..or acknowledgement..?? Bit poor really & something that really amazed us could happen.. ? Safety of water pouring through light fittings & fan

Wonderful quiet location with peaceful,calm views!!! Staff were great- friendly & helpful - the rooms were serviced every 3rd day with clean up of Bathroom & Kitchen & bins emptied (2nd clean) & clean Towels & extra washing detergent & Clothes (Washing machine) detergent provided as well as tea, coffee & sugar supplies re- stocked! We dined at the Thai Restaurant which was nice & has a great views across the pools & golf course! Coffee was lovely & hot also! Gym is well set up & the choice of Swimming pools is amazing! We are already looking to re-book next year!!

Bed could have been better/more Comfy & a few extra Utensils in the Kitchenette would have been handy- especially something to use to cook food/Vegetables in the Microwave!(Especially as no Oven!)

The room was immaculate, very spacious, everything you needed bar a couple of simple comforts. The bed was lovely as was the selection of pillows. A very comfortable lounge, table and chairs for two inside and out with a very nice view of the pool and golf course The grounds are very today, looks like they are in the process of updating the entry water fountains etc. Under cover parking and access is really good! Staff were lovely and informative when we arrived late in the evening!

Could do with real cups and glasses rather than disposable ones and the fridge off the floor as it was hard to close the door as it dragged in the carpet! Also the microwave could be on a bench rather than balancing on top of the mini bar fridge. Coffee and tea was a super budget brand which are quite terrible. We went and bought our own knife, mugs, glasses and tea and coffee.

The location and the surroundings were lovely. The food was superb as well. Most staff were also friendly.

The mattress in our room was shocking. We suffered for the first 5 nights from back pain but after speaking with reception on Wednesday morning , the receptionist was rude, abrupt and told us that we could not get another mattress. I wrote to management and expressed our issues and the mattress was replaced within a couple of hours. That receptionist ( Wednesday 16/10) was very unhelpful and also relayed incorrect information with her I don’t care attitude!

Comfortable, spacious accommodation. Good value for money

It is no longer a proper golf resort as the golf club has been taken over by an over 50s developer. Course closed on Sunday and Monday and very restricted other times. Restaurants closes promptly at 8pm, you have to vacate your table at 8pm. Tried to order dinner at 7.30 on our first night and were told we could only have take away. This was disappointing as we have stayed 3 times previously and not come across this.

It was so quiet and comfortable the bed was so nice. Our unit 303 was huge it had a very big balcony its own laundry room and a big lounge space. The staff were all so friendly and we really enjoyed having a coffee down in the cafe in the sun. It has a sports bar & restaurant downstairs. A fabulous pool area and onsite gym.

It was a bit cold we would have liked reverse cycle aircon so we could have heating as well. We didn’t have secure parking which was a little concerning

rooms clean and spacious. secure. staff very good. lifts work well. thought it was odd for such a large hotel they only have 2 luggage trolleys

specifically booked this hotel because it had a fully functioning restaurant. Unfortunately I wasn’t told this upon booking. they do however have pizzas,seeing I was staying 7 nights and that I’m solo that’s ridiculous. staff were very nice however not their fault. they are between chefs. so kitchen isn’t operational at this time. same for breakfast option limited all round. Again all staff were very nice. this hotel is a fair way to other food options especially at night.

We loved the amazing pool and visual surroundings .the cocktails were brilliant . The staff were so good . Especially Joel & Sophie they were lovely an so helpful.

The location really needs a free bus into town an more information given on cheapest way to get anywhere. It cost me a fortune using Ubers . The menu is good but definitely needs some more options, like burgers , pasta , fish n chips , we love Thai but there needs to be other things to . Also a mini bar in room , and more towels . Also more discount on dtinks , if you buy 2 you get third free . We spent hundred on cocktails, needs to be more discounts on these .

It was a one bedroom unit, had the space to move around without tripping over your travel bags or furniture. Staff very helpful and provide good / excellent assistance and advise. Internal internet connection was good / excellent. Gated secure parking.

Was surprised to learn that the heater function of the room air-conditioning was being disconnected or not repaired when broken, throughout the rooms. Apparently sunshine coast does not need heaters. It might be the sunshine coast but single digit temperatures is still cold! Note to owners, older people travel, they feel the cold more so than younger people. And the internal phone system, call 9 for the front desk, was been removed too. Apparent your mobile phone is the way to go. Few basic items were missing. Mobile phone reception is intermittent and may relate to the building structure and room location.
