Hello booking .com people and the Cleveland motor inn, it was 20.30 when we arrived and we were met at the key box by the owner i think who helped us with the digital lock on the key box, having just arrived into Brisbane from the UK things like that help when you haven't had much sleep over the last couple days. the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable! Thank you!

Didn't have any problems at all, its just perfect for an overnight stay.

Excellent motel located in a lovely part of Brisbane. Myself and a colleague travelled for a work event nearby, and could not have picked a better place to stay. Located a short walk to the train station, and very close to an IGA, and a variety of fast food places and other shops.

The soap dispenser in the room was broken, however soap was provided, so not an issue.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a motel, pool area was lovely, parking was easy. Shower was amazing along with having a smart TV. Location was great. Would definitely recommend

Room was a bit small for the price, disappointed there wasn't a fan. Floors were a little dirty but not to bad. Would've been nice to have a little lounge to sit on instead of the bed for long stays.

Facilities very good, clean & tidy.

Tea & coffee supplied in the room was not checked during my 4 day/night stay & I had to ask reception for more. Cutlery & dinner ware supplied, but no sharp knife to cut any food with. No salt & pepper shakers were supplied. Pillows were really uncomfortable, forcing me to purchase a decent pillow from a local store.

We were a late check in, and the staff sent us a lovely text with details on checking in after hours. The facilities were clean and well maintained, shower pressure was lovely, and the cooktop in the kitchenette was a great little bonus. Great sized flat screen tv also! The pool and pool area was clean and well kept and had a small shallow end which was great for my toddler. Great value for money and a great stay!

Comfortable, affordable and the location was good. Room was clean and the motel was tucked away from traffic. Parking was good. Staff were accomodating and allowed early entry. Bedding was good. Showers were hot. Kitchenette was good.

I wanted to use the bbq facility to cook dinner and I couldn't get it to work. The room included a microwaving which worked well.

Great beds, very clean and tidy, great sized towels

The only issue we had was no hot water for morning showers. We did tell the manager and he was very apologetic and came back to say he had found a problem and was very sorry for our inconvenience. Not a biggie and I certainly wouldn't let that issue keep me from making another booking in the future if needed.

Situated in a nice and quiet area - the room was well equiped and modern Good pool area along with bque facilities Extra bonus was the Taste of Europe restaurant just around the corner - a 3 minute walk - awesome food and service !!!!

Convenient location with easy access to many different amenities. The ease of check-in and check out made the process simple and efficient. The rooms were clean and well presented. Upon check in we were informed of good local cafes and places to eat, which helped us to be able to make decisions for our evening meal and breakfast.

Bathroom was tight, which meant that it was really only one person at a time in there. The beds rolled around when you got in and out. An exhaust fan above the cook top would have helped extract the steam and smell of cooking.

Great location, quiet, comfortable, spacious, great facilities in the room for self catering. Very impressed

Would have liked laundry to be open at 7am or after 7pm to say 9pm, so I could wash and dry before leaving at 9am, but I understand they do it for quiet time
