Overall our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and would come back again. We enjoyed the heated spa, pool, and tennis area, we loved to be able to fish, swim.and stand up paddle board in the canal as the accommodation backed onto the canal. The view from 2nd story over the canal was lovely. There were ample beds and space in the upstairs bedrooms, bed layouts and the accommodation size to accomodate 4 adults and 5 children. The proximity to the Elanora shopping centre, Robina shopping centre and Gold Coast.

The accommodation shower heads in the ensuite and bathroom upstairs continually dripped. The downstairs bathroom floor gets extremely wet as the glass panel is not long enough, and shower floor depth is too shallow and no drain on the floor outside of the shower for water to recede. Would recommend, at the very least, to provide a shower curtain and raise the edge of the shower to prevent water on the floor, as is hazardous and will prevent water flowing into the kitchen near the fridge. And no free wifi, but kids were entertained and can use a hotspot for the accommodation T.V. to watch youtube and netflix. Nothing that bothered our stay too much and was easily adapted too.

The resort was close to the motorway .it was nice to be in a gated community. We enjoyed the swans coming up to the unit .

That the outside ties were very slippery when they were wet my grandson slipped and bruised his elbow .the water ran thru the garage .and it was a bit disappointing that the restaurant was close all the time

Loved how spacious the room was. The view was spectacular and the private pool was a hit with the kids. Balcony from the main room was lovely to relax at the end of the bush day with a wine on.

Had to purchase extra bin bags and toilet paper as not enough supplied and reception was closed.

The reception staff were exceptionally kind in caring for my elderly mother who stayed there as relief accommodation post cyclone Alfred

The property was a little tired but clean. No wifi in individual units, wifi only available at the reception area.

It was good value for money. The townhouse was clean and spacious for a big group.

The water pipes were unsettlingly loud whenever someone showered, but you get used to it. We also ran out of a few basic supplies/ not enough toilet paper and cleaning supplies were provided for a group of our size.

Beautiful location, very peaceful. Staff are amazing and very friendly. Great accommodation beds super comfy!!! Well equipped Kitchen.

The lounge was a bit uncomfortable for my bad back, but the teen loved it.

There were some issues with cleanliness Leaking from upstairs bathroom to downstairs area The property is tired It needs updating Not enough outdoor seating to cater for people booked

Accomodation was clean, and spacious and staff were super helpful, close to shops and public transport, as we had no car.

That the buses didn't go all the way back at night so it was a 2km walk from the bus to accommodation or you had to catch an uber.

Beautiful views, clean and spacious.

Bedrooms were very hot with only an AC unit down stairs, we all found it hard to sleep due to this.

I liked the Spa and the shopping centre within walking distance also the gardens and grounds,fish jumping in the Canal and the 3 Black Swans.

There was road works outside resort.
