The location was fantastic and the apartment super clean and comfortable right on the beach, we cooked our dinners there and had warm cuppas and off street parking was a bonus too. The receptionist was extremely helpful,she greeted us with warmth and beautiful smile when we arrived and other times when we interacted with her. Def 10/10 customer service there. Despite this being so close to the airport and planes flying by, the sound proofing is pretty good. There were multiple rainbows and morning beach walks and swimming in the ocean. I would def come back here. I had a friend staying in Surfers in a high rise and the apartment here was cleaner and more modern than where she was staying. I loved the outdoor space as well and being able to relax in a lazy boy with the wrap around balcony and ocean views were just wonderful. We also were able to check in earlier that day as well as we had mentioned it and then called the evening before to check if it was possible, so we did appreciate this. The bed were comfortable too, my mum loved the warm bedding. I didnt use the pool or bbq but they looked clean and tidy too

The only thing I would comment on is the 9.30am check out. I understand the cleaner does a great job and needs the time to setup for the next client but if there was an option to make it a little later even by 30 mins, that would be better. She did say next time we stay we could def check out later if there weren't other guests, however a 10am check would be so much better.

I thought the l little touch of the Easter eggs on the Sunday morning was very cute View was outstanding and the location to the beach, well how could you not say it was brilliant

It was a bit dated and definitely the bathrooms could be overhauled but they are minor things

The location was amazing! The unit was older style, but very clean.

Had an issue with a vent falling from the main bedroom onsuit which was fixed the same day. I would suggest some rails or hooks on the bathrooms to hang towels

Everything was amazing. Ann the host/manager was amazing, great communication qnd went the extra mile. The units were well stocked with kitchen utensils so we could cook etc. Just like being at home. Was better than I thought it would be. Will def book again

Very spacious, great views, great location. Good sized TVs, good white goods, lovely balcony

Many things in the unit were broken (shower frames, cupboards) Quite outdated and too many decorations which date it further. I.e various faded fake plants in cases and teacups above kitchen cabinets

Place was in a great location and walking distance to most things. Rooms were clean and very comfortable secure car parking was appreciated

The internet service was poor to our room dropping out constantly. Reported and some effort was made to rectify but did not improve during our stay. The building must have an air circulation system and it was noisy running 24 hrs per day

We spent a lot of time on the balcony, overlooking the beach, and several times a day we went for a quick dip in the calm ocean waves, still very warm in March. We did a lot of swimming in the ocean and walking on the beach or the path. Alan and Ann were lovely hosts. In such a lovely location, we prefer self catering and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We didn't swim in the pool but we did play on the half tennis court. IGA, a massage and several restaurants were a short walk away.

The garden lights lit up the bedrooms at night, so I found it hard to sleep. I wish I'd taken an eye mask, and my own pillow. Our apartment had no fly screens or air conditioning, so in the evenings we had to have the bugs and mozzies if we wanted ocean breezes.

Perfect location, beautifully laid out apartment, gorgeous views, large kitchen. Heated pool and tennis courts, great for kids!

There were a couple of little things (leaking bathroom tap as tap was hard to turn off). Reported it to the owner on checking out, but nothing else was wrong.

Nothing, it was great. Our daughter was visiting from Wales & she enjoyed it. Slept well as beds were comfortable.

Love the on the beach front view and patio!!!! Beautiful large rooms.

PLEASE!!!!~ Replace toilet seats. When the plastic bubbles and lifts, this is a very difficult, or impossible to clean the germs out of a rough surface. Not happy when i saw it?
