Very clean, comfy beds. Great location for the gold coast marathon (travelling to race precinct via tram means you get on across the road and are ensured a spot before it fills up!). Nice and big apartment. Good choice of indoor and outdoor pools. Seems to be newly renovated inside. Has two bathrooms, one with a bath which is nice. You could stay here a good week or more and be self sufficient.

Roller blinds were really bad in bedrooms, all around were inch size gaps which let the blazing floodlights in at night and sunlight in as well, really needs additional blackout curtains. Some of the dinnerware was a little short - would be nice to have 6 of things eg plates rather than 4. Getting the hotel to confirm an extra fold out bed took 6 months and multiple attempts to contact them - they either didn’t answer messages on the booking app or the phones ran out and message bank was full.

Easy location. Clean tidy. Friendly staff member. My room was instantly available. Indoor plus outdoor pool. Gym. Felt safe, rooms were peaceful. Access to balcony. Common areas well maintained. Other guests seemed polite and courteous. Good quality hair-dryer with attachment/nozzle. Would stay again.

No dishwash liquid, no cloth or sponge to clean my teacups/ breakfast plates. No dishwasher powder. No laundry detergent. No teatowel. I would expect sachets of these essentials to at least last 24 to 48 hrs. For a 3 night stay, I wasn't going to go out and buy full size versions of those essentials. This was the only downside.

Excellent location! Staff were friendly. Awesome views from unit. Great indoor/outdoor pool and spa facilities. Unit had a lovely modern kitchen and was very spacious. Bedrooms were also very spacious, main with huge WIR and nice en-suite with large bath.

The unit could have been cleaner. Limited front desk hours. Damage to the floor from leaking air conditioner unit in two rooms. Communication for check in could have been better. Beach towels for visitors would be useful.

I loved the fact that when we requested blankets we received them. Our window was leaking and when we reported it someone came to check it out within 15 minutes. Had issues with the tv remote which was rectified very quickly. Staff were wonderful. Beds were so comfortable.

Loved the fact that there are two pools but really think the indoor pool should not be for little ones and keep that area for relaxation. It would have been good to have a clothes line to hang wet clothes on the balcony. Perhaps small cushions on the couch and a throw.

Mostly nicely maintained. It was handy having the family staying in the same apartments, although annoying to visit them by them having to go down stairs to bring you back up. The Christmas gift on Christmas Day was a nice thought.

The street noises, and definitely needed blockout curtains in the bedrooms. The frypan was unusable, very worn. We were in the car parking area B2 and signs needed as to where to exit the car parking area. Very confusing. Had issues with the wifi , had to three times go to reception as it kept dropping out .

Rooms are a good size. Location is excellent. Sauna/spa/pool was nice. Good value.

Wi-fi is a joke, the 'Premium wi-fi' was very slow. The TV can't use the internet - so no Disney/Netflix etc. Kitchen was a good size, but we had 5 glasses, 5 plates, 5 forks when the room has beds for 6 and we had 7 (with a fold out bed). It's a old building and showing it's age.

Location and size of the rooms were great.

I called the day before to request an early check in and was told that it would be noted. When we arrived at midday to get ready for a wedding that started at 2pm in Currumbin we told the room wasn’t ready and to maybe get ready in the pool area. That was completely frustrating and stressful and to think that getting ready in a pool area with wedding attire was appropriate was completely unreasonable.

reception staff were outstanding

the internet didn't work well the couch was an electric couch that should have been adjustable but wasn't plugged in and we couldn't plug it in so is permanently set in an uncomfortable position. the tvs couldnt get netflix or get netflix cast to them, so could only watch ad tv.

Had everything we needed including a frying pan. Lifts were generally quick. Close to Pacific Fair and the light rail. We loved the access doors on Level 1 to the street behind at the lights. Pools and spas were fantastic.

Air conditioning in the twin bedroom 2005 wasn’t working and the room was like a hot box every morning. It didn’t have a second tv in the bedroom.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Pacific Fair , restaurants and the beach. The 3 bed apartment was big and spacious for 5 people.

Reception staff availability, this could have been better operating hours. Car park is old and dated and quite confusing. Car spaces are tight and apartments should be serviced/cleaned.
