great views, access to the beach and quiet building. Common areas were also quiet and very clean premises which was nice

Some shelves in fridge were broken or had missing pieces. We were unable to use the chilled water compartment in the fridge as the cover was missing which meant every time the fridge door was open or closed, water sloshed out everywhere We had to buy water for the entire time we stayed in the apartment. One of the shelves was bowed and looked like it would break if anything heavy was placed on the shelf. The fridge has not stood up to the usage its eperienced The water in the toilet of the main bedroom/ensuite was not powerful enough to flush toilet paper alone, let alone any waste. Multiple flushes had to be completed which means water wastage for your premises

The managers were so lovely!! Super easy check in, room was clean and stunning location.

It’s not very child friendly, the owner occupiers made you feel very unwelcome in the pool area, the kids were asked to stand to the side so the older owners could swim laps (not a lap pool) we also were approached about the kids leaning against the edge of the pool apparently 2 seperate body corp owners had complained. We could also see them staring over the veranders at us just watching. Definitely felt very unwelcome by them.

Fantastic location. wonderful views. A real wow factor when you first walk in. Whole building is well looked after and the apartment was very clean. Lovely swimming pool. Quick walk to restaurants etc. Staff at the premises very friendly and helpful.

Being across the road from the beach and with a pool, we could have benefitted with some beach towels. Also some basics in the kitchen like salt/pepper, bottle of dishwashing liquid. Flying from interstate we did not have room to pack our own towels etc. We have stayed at a different apartment in the same complex which had an abundance of extras, so we were a little disappointed in that regard.

The apartment is cosy with all necessary household utilities. It has been cleaned and tidy before you move in. The lady chamberlain is helpful and knowledgeable on local needs. She also gave advises on local attractions which make your stay colourful. The environment is tranquil and you feel peaceful while walking along the beach front just about 100m away from the apartment.

The location is near to the airport which is good, however, it is not near to the Gold Coast town centre. It takes about 35 minutes drive to go and another 35 to come back. The train service only caters the town centre circle. Not to mention the bus which will takes you more than an hour to travel to. Therefore, renting a car is a must!

We liked the room and amenities. It was perfect for a family of 6. So close to the beach and easy walk to cafes.

That there wasn't enough supplies provided. I know the room was advertised as self sufficient. However, for the amount of money per night, we should have been supplied enough toilet paper, detergent, laundry liquid and dishwashing liquid for our stay. At least one per day of each.

location was fantastic. had a great view of the ocean and mountains. close to surf club and shops and dining.

can i just say the apartment did not meet with my expectations. by this i mean it requires a lot of tender loving care. i will give you some examp[es. 1 no globes in lamps and unsafe 2 no battery in clock 3 vacuum cleaner worked for 3 minutes then turned off shower recess very scummy and dirty toilet seat broken and was not repaired in the duration of our stay no broom could of used a electric frying pan not enough mugs plates etc no plastic containers with lids can opener broken

Needs to update frypans as they were very well worn and the vacuum had mismatched parts making it difficult to use as the parts didn’t connect- had to get on my hands and knees to vacuum up some crumbs Also seemed to be missing standard things like hair dryer, face washers and for a 3 day stay one tea towel, dish liquid and tablet weren’t enough . When we asked for more at reception we were told that it was a self contained apartment and we should bring our own…I’ve never experienced that before but would have been happy to if we were told when booking

Loved everything about this apartment. Rooms were a great size, view was AMAZING, apartment was very clean, kitchen well stocked, lounges extremely comfortable, quiet, pools great for our toddler, location was exceptional with the beach just across the road and local cafes, restaurants, nightlife, parks all walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

That the pool was being redone during our stay. I would have thought the months of October-December wouldn’t be a time to redo the pool and that this should’ve been done in winter months. We would’ve stayed elsewhere had I saw the message before checking in. Just something to note for future

Great apartment. Has everything you need for a family get away. The location is great - a 10 min walk from the 'main' area of Kirra but that makes it really quiet. The beach is enormous. Lovely view from the apartment. And the pool is awesome for kids as it's only 1.2m deep with a large shallow bit as well.

Really can't think of anything I didn't like. It was in a great location. If I had to pick something, being very picky, maybe bump up the pool heater a couple of degrees. In September is wasn't super hot so the pool was a little chilly. But that is really have a whinge. It was fine.
