Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Overall we had a great stay, and would stay again.

All fairly minor issues. We booked 2 apartments. One was great, but the other had only a set of 4 cutlery for 6 people. Cooking utensils were missing some basics, no dishwashing liquid. Photos on website didn't match the rooms we booked. Checkout time quite early at 9.30 am

Great location with easy access to the beach. Had to cross a road to access the shared pool which we didn’t realise and found the kitchen missed a few things e.g. can opener, hand towel / dish towel etc. Overall though very good.

We stayed at the Portsea North exterior apartment, a few sections down from the Spinnaker, in a very nice 3 bedroom unit. Lounge opens out to a lovely view. Comfortable beds with good linen. Fabulous kitchen with plenty of space. Comfortable lounge chairs. Well kept pool. Hosts were just lovely and were so helpful. About 5-7 mins walk to a bus route and main street. Quick access to the beach and walk ways (maybe 1 minute).

The location is fabulous, the outlook from the balcony is great, the beach is just a short walk away as are all the restaurants and cafes. The on-site managers are two of the nicest people you could meet, what a breath of fresh air to have bright, smiling hosts who actually want to make your holiday as pleasant as possible…..nothing was too much trouble for them! Thank you so much for an awesome stay and we will be back 😊

Firstly Jo, the Manager was brilliant, friendly and even rang to let us know that the unit would be ready earlier than 2 pm if we were up there to check in. Can't fault this location, perfect for Beach, restaurants and walks. Lovely comfortable couch, good air con and a great bed. Pool was beautiful down by the park and waterway. Good water pressure in the shower, bathroom on the small side.

The view across the river canal was amazing. The roof top area was such a bonus area. The location across the road with a safe pedestrian crossing was perfect for going to the beach. Safe swimming areas within a 5min walk along a beautiful shady boardwalk. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the wharf restaurants and shops,

Excellent location, comfy and spacious. Communication with owner was excellent and we received a text the morning of check in letting us know that we could check in earlier should we wish. Great air con throughout the apartment.

We didn’t use the balcony at all as it was just too hot to sit outside. It was a very hot weekend but having the air con units facing each other meant that there was a lot of hot air blowing from them. However, we so appreciated the air con inside so we were happy.

Lovely clean apartment with gorgoes views and balcony over the river. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage and there was a large kitchen/ living area. The location was walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and eateries. The staff were extremely helpful and so lovely. It really was a fantastic comfortable stay

With my limit disability plus bad knees and back, it was prefect short walk to any where on the wharf! Including the bottle shop! ;-) The view from the 3 floor penthouse plus bonus private roof top was fantastic! Pity it rain when my guest came on my last night for BBQ, so it was take away in the warm cozy place with air con.

The bed can be tricky to know, will it be comfy or not? At times I often get bad back, on the safe side I did bring my own pillow. I can be a cleaning freak at times. I did clean the BBQ for my guest but didn't end up using it due to rain. :-(

The location was perfect and very convenient for where it was situate - right across the road from the beach, and in the midst of the Esplanade. Everything was so nice and close, especially when you were feeling a little peckish or thirsty ;) Paul & Jo were so helpful from the moment I booked accommodation, through to the end. Communication lines were great and everything well planned and thought out! Would definitely recommend this a hundred times over! Love it :)

Different bed arrangement in room 2 - but that is just for spacing or a suggestion, definitely doesn't change my perspective of the apartment. I loved everything about it - there was no downside. Oh - maybe a pool lol.
