The location was a 5 minute walk to the foreshore. Our 3-BR apartment, #20, was well stocked for all types of cooking. The veranda is large and the outside table seats eight. The inside dining room table is also as big. Couches and beds we’re comfortable. Barry, the caretaker, was extremely amicable and helpful. He knew our party of six were coming as three couples and offered to push the beds together in the third BR to make a king out of it.

The elevator is in need of an upgrade but that would be a body corporate issue.

Location was amazing right near Kings beach. Each access to shops, cafes, RSL for dinner, everything within walking or 5 minute drive. The beach and playgrounds nearby are all within 5-10 minutes walk.

Just a little more cleaning such as under the tv unit and dusty heavy bedroom roller blinds and curtains. Some of the window fittings need fixing/are rusted out, needs a little facelift in the 2 bedroom garden view unit.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 daughters (6 and 1.5 years old) for 4 weeks. Communication was perfect from the beginning. Spotlessly clean, modern and in a very quiet and peaceful location. The place is absolutely nice and very well equipped! Barry and Jo are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality, they went beyond all the expectation in making us feel welcome. This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Not much to say on here, The Mariners Resort at Kings Beach It exceeded my expectations. Nothing that I didn't like it.

Super Comfy Bed, lots of room as two couples staying in the apartment, close to restaurant's and beach and also within walking distance to the main shopping area. Pool and Spa was great unfortunately didn't stay long enough to have enough time to check out the Sauna. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The lovely views of the ocean enabled us to observe the many cargo vessels approaching and leaving Brisbane. The area was exceptionally quiet. The manager was very helpful and considerate at all times. The gardens and paths were impeccably maintained The apartment was very clean and accessible via the lift. Aircon was greatly appreciated.

We had a very comfortable stay with luxury bedding and furnishings. Great location with ocean views. Easy walk to cafe and restaurants and secure parking The staff were very helpful to accommodate needs. Would definitely return.

Don't forget to pack a hair dryer if you need one.

It was wonderful that we got switched to an apartment with the ocean view. The staff was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the apartment had a huge balcony. Loved the heated pool too! Unfortunately, the spa pump was out of order for most of our stay. We were able to use it once though and it was relaxing :)

The master bed was ok. It was not the worst or anything - I could still sleep on it - but I think it might be almost the time to replace it.

We loved our stay at the Mariners so much . The view was incredible. The rooms were so nice I actually felt like I could live here . The rooms were sparkling clean , and sheets crisp and white . Location so close to kings beach and eateries. We loved our stay here . We also were given a free upgrade. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thankyou so much .

Argh the only thing this Champion property needs is proper curtains to help block out the 4:30am sunshine lol 😂 we are from Melbourne and just not used to the early starts lol 😂

The location was amazing and so close to all we needed. We got upgraded to an ocean view room as a nice unexpected surprise and the breeze was beautiful. The apartment itself was roomy, tidy, well appointed/maintained and had everything we needed and more for our short stay. Views out to the ocean were amazing and we had breakfast out on the spacious balcony. It was lovely and quiet, couldn’t hear any of the neighbours at all. The spa was sooo relaxing to end our days in 😊and all in all our stay was exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly and approachable, but we honestly had no real reason to need them for any issues. They checked in and said hi whenever they saw us in passing. I highly recommend this place for a stay and the other guests we spoke to that had been there a week were extremely happy with their stay too. We will be definitely keeping this place in mind for future visits to the Sunshine Coast.

Absolutely nothing worth mentioning or complaining about. There are residents that live here, but we had absolutely no issues with them either. We had a great stay.
